Dr. Jeffrey Douglas Scott

I have been receiving treatment by Dr. Scott for over a decade. He is very pleasant, always caring and wants to alleviate distress in his patients with pain. I have overheard him conversing with other's, and his concern is evident. His bedside manner is relaxed, he explains conditions well and works with your insurance to provide the proper care. I feel he has my best interests in mind, and that is the mark of a true medical professional. His Office Staff are very pleasant and work hard to make the office run smoothly. I want a Dr. to listen to me, alleviate my concerns, explain treatment methods and hopefully, give me some quality of life. In seeing Dr. Scott and his Staff, I have achieved that. I would not hesitate in recommending him to others for their pain issues due to the years of relief he has provided me from pain and the stress and anxiety that has accompanied it. A true, caring Professional.

This individual tries to explain he is ( a pain management specialist). This is not factual- unless you consider a veterinary to be a pain specialist too. This individual works what is known as the worker's comp circuit. However, he actually told me and another individual " there are no doctors whom are certified pain management doctors " . This too was untrue. Dr. Scott has a problem with facts and knowledge of pain management. Look to an anesthesiologist - ie: Dr. Burgher, Dr. Siwk etc with true fellowships and certification in pain management. Do not walk but run from this office.

Really pleased with Dr Scott , he takes the time to explain everything clearly and asked if I had any thoughts or questions, really professional, great doctor

I have been seeing Dr. Scott for a few months now he has shown me nothing but the upmost respect as a client. He is proven to me that he is very knowledgeable in his field of physical medicine. He relates with me on the level in which I have no problem understanding. He has a bedside matter that allows me to feel comfortable to ask questions about my illness without feeling uncomfortable or stupid. He gets right down to the issue and for me he has proven to be very knowledge with my treatment.

I have been going to Dr. Scott since 10/2012. He is a very caring and professional person along with his co-worker Dr. Leavy. I have never had any problems with him or his staff which also conduct themselves with the highest possible standard of professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Scott and will definitely use his service again if needed.

I called Dr. Scott's office to ask if he could clear me to go back to work from an injury over the phone since I live so far away (30 miles) but he said I would have to be seen in the office. When I arrived 11 minutes late due to a traffic accident and then getting lost, I was denied my appt, and Dr. Scott told his MA Perla I could just be cleared by occ health which is why I called the office to ask that in the first place. So he lied and wasted more than an hour of my day. Very unprofessional.

Excellent bedside manners, really cares about treating you and not just your problem.
