Dr Sachs removed my daughter's wisdom teeth, he did an OK job. Our experience with the billing department has been dreadful, we paid the bill in September but are still receiving demands for payment in January. This despite making several phone calls (all messages being non-returned), speaking with a billing person and providing proof of payment (twice via email (both unacknowledged). I was assured that billing would call me if my email did not solve the matter, next contact another bill.
