They should get negative stars and actually I should get reimbursed for all my copayments over the years that I paid on time and this is what me and my family get for our business with this man for the last 10 plus years.. I'm actually gonna call the better business bureau. What killed me is I went through a horrible divorce he gave me a number at CLM (don't get me started on those quacks) and said to tell CLM that he sent me And I should be seen right away, did an intake and here we are it's been over 7 months since my intake and heard nothing from CLM, I called them they informed me my paperwork was lost and I was next and would be rushed and oh what a surprise 4 months later I still haven't heard from those jerks. So it takes over 11 months to get into CLM is what your saying . This May Dr. Rind ask if I got inbto CLM and when I said no I haven't heard anything he didn't even care, ?? WOW and Dr. RIND IS a DR on the board for CLM. It's outrageous and ridiculous how the "SO Called Doctor's get away with so much where are their checks and balances ?? Why is it alright for this practice to screw up your meds eversingle month, have you blacklisted from CVS, and Everytime I see him he acts like it's no big deal he forgot to "push" a button, meanwhile to the pharmacy I'm hounding them for medicine that's prescribed to me ?? from this doctor I see every 3 months and pay my copayment but he can forget to do HIS job! Then he makes stupid comments after he asked how you've been, "ok ok don't worry I'll renew your meds. (They are meds that you believe I need and now what holding them over my head???? I've been on this med for over 10 plus years and he just thinks he can play with someones emotional and physical state of mind!!! Who does that to any human being. The first time I went to see Dr. Rind he had no bedside manners. But hey everyone has a bad day right. Then I went to see his PA (Paul Barlow) who no longer works there, he was the best he listened he cared about the patience he always really caring and I was really sad to see him go. Since Dr Barlow left I've been seeing Dr Rind, and I do this every 3 months just so I can get the scripts that he wants me to take ??. Out of the 3 scripts one of them (because it's a controlled substance) every month I have to call Dr Rinds office to send this script to the pharmacy. That's right every single month for the last 10 looong years I have had to call for them to send to the pharmacy that he prescribes to me???? This is a hassle to me as he should know what he prescribed me and yet when I go to pick up my medication from the pharmacy and it's not there and now it is a back and forth thing between me office and the pharmacy, that can take days to fix. Now mind you this IS every single month.

Dr. Rind impressed both myself ( Lawrence D. Bradley) and my wife Jean. I am working with him to alleviate pain in my feet from neuropathy. It is a great challenge , but both Jean and I believe if anyone can help me it is this man. I’m BEYOND happy to have Dr. Rind as my neurologist. Yesterday for example I explained to him some symptoms I was experiencing and he Immediately put in for med levels and told me to get right to the hospital. Sure enough something was very wrong, worse than I thought. EVERYTHING I ever brought to the table with him was always taken care . I trust this man with my life and it’s a damn good thing I do.

He had a great bedside manner and explained everything to me in terms I would understand. I felt comfortable and properly taken care of and would highly recommend Dr.Rind

Dr. Rind is the worst doctor I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. He is extremely rude, unprofessional and careless of your problems. I waited a few months for a call back to schedule an appointment and this should have been a sign to stay away. During my visit he would not let me ask any questions in fact whenever I went to ask something he would put his hand up and just say “stop” this happened at least 4 times during my half hour visit. I informed him that I did not like taking medications due to dependency issues running in my family. This information became a joke to him. At one point while talking about a possible prescription plan he said to me “don’t worry this drug isn’t going to get you high” how rude can one person be? I had gotten upset a few times during our visit out of pure frustration and when I finally told him he was being rude and not listening to me he then offered to let me ask questions. At this point I was just done with dealing with such a terrible person that I left the office upset with no answers. I am now waiting on an appointment with a different neurologist. Please do yourself a favor and just STAY AWAY from this doctor/office.
