Used to think highly of him, until my "stable" conditiion started getting worse. He never told me how the health condition would progress worse - nor how it could hurt me worse. And the meds he gave me while "stable" come to find out - he later said "no cure for this, no known cause for it". And his office may post a comment to you in their patient portal -- but it doesnt email you - or call you - to say you need to enter it to read their message. The portal is mostly useless and not tended. Office is generally unavailable by phone and if you do get through, people are rude.

This is the rudest operation I’ve come across in the medical profession. Brusk, flip, dismissive and, at the height of the spike in the Omicron variant. MASKLESS.

Great doc...straight to the point and supportive. Could not expect any better care.

Don't understand the negative reviews. I had as good experience as one could expect. Dr. Rebman is courteous and explained everything step by step.

Dr. Rebman is an outstanding Dr. I was very nervous about my surgery and he made me feel very comfortable. He is confident and knows what he is doing. Needed refill. Left message on patient portal for two days requesting and offering to make appointment if necessary. No reply. Pharmacy faxed refill request twice. I call at 9:28. Not open until 9:30. I call at 11:50, out to lunch until noon. I call at 1:30, in clinic. What is that? i call at 3:20, in clinic, finally talked to someone who says only Dr.s read messages. Ha, I have left messages two years ago that never were read. Moving server they said. I can't get through and asked the lady I was talking to to tell Dr. I would have to find someone else if that is how he ran his business.

The ER randomly referred me to a large urology group. I had heard of more personized care given to others by Dr. Rebman. After 2 visits, I can attest to his warm and caring personality, and medical knowledge. My urology problem was solved. I recommend him highly

He performed a cystoscopy on me recently and it was extremely painful. His nurse explained that she would numb me and then a little while after the doctor would do the procedure she said she would let him know that I was extremely nervous and to remind him to be gentle because he could be rough. Well he came back with the nurse and I said to the nurse wait I thought you were going to numb me. She then told me no He wants to do it. Well he applied the numbing cream which hurt and stung like hell. He then immediately inserted the scope which was so painful and traumatic I couldn’t think straight. He then told me to meet him in his office. After getting dress I went into his office where he began to tell me about a patient they clearly wasn’t me. I don’t know where he got his information from but it had nothing to do with me. Dr. Rebman is courteous and does listen. However, I tried to get my records for a VA pre-retirement appointment and his receptionist was not willing to copy and release my records to me. This is a big problem. She wanted to fax them, fax machines are rare. The effort to fax the records is the same or more as copying the records. I offered to stand there and copy them myself and she refused. So reluctantly I may have file a complaint. My medical records should be released to me without a hassle.

I have had nothing but good experiences qith this dr. And his staff.

Very pleased on all fronts. Ease of scheduling appointment and getting in quickly, face time with both Dr Rebman and Linda, explanation of my issue and the selected procedure were all very good. Procedure was successful and I feel much better the day after. Shout out to Candy for having to deal with my insurance company and still could laugh and have a positive attitude after it. A very satisfied patient!!! Thanks to Dr Rebman and team.

Wonderful, couldn’t be a better Dr. cares about his patients and answers all questions you have. I haven’t experienced any problems with his staffs would recommend him to anyone!!!!!

As a medical Professional who has to call this office from time to time in reference to patient medical care, I am appalled at how the staff responds so rudely and in a very abrupt an uncaring manner. Its sad, It truly is.

My experience here was horrifying. When I entered the exam room, the medical assistant was NOT friendly, not even a word “hello”, no eye contact. Then, she ordered me to get undress and get up on bed, which I followed. She applied something to my private to prepare for the examining dr. without explaining to me what she was doing or what she was applying. Then Dr Rebman arrived, he told me that he was going to perform an exploratory examination, but did NOT elaborate on what the exact procedure was or what was going to happen to me. He just went into my private and did what he had to do to exam which hurt like hell and I was still sore 3 days afterward. Dr Rebman didn’t even bother telling me post-op discomfort that I would likely endure. I would appreciate if he could at least give me a warning, some explanations and better manners. What I experienced was unacceptable in so many levels. Needless to say, I would not recommend anyone to this doctor or office My experience here was horrifying. Dr. Rebman seems to be a good doctor, but the staff is so unfriendly and so disorganized that I will not be going back there.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rebman for a number of years. He seems to be a man of high caliber and is very competent in his chosen profession. He is also very likeable. I am probably going to have to switch to another Doctor because of his staff. I was switched to a different medication because of a high deductible I was paying and it didn't work at all. 4 to 5 weeks and numerous phone calls later I still don't have my medications.I even told staff what meds and mg. to order.

These people never sent my records of my kidney being removed 5 years ago. Now I can't get prescriptions for urological needs due to his complete and utter failure as a doctor.

BOY, do I have a story for you. Dr Rebman seems to be a great Dr., but his office staff! Especially the two calling themselves MANAGERS! I'll reveal it after I attempt to reach Dr. Rebman 1st. The managers "Fired" me!
