Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors appointment. I had to see Dr. Randle for an IME (Independent Medical Examination) for an accident where I was rear ended...His report was not what we discussed in clinic, AND he brought up other health issues (depression) stating I was getting "pricey treatments" from my car accident because of my "mental health". Disgusting!

I was referred by my primary care physician to see Dr. Randle. Someone from his office called me to schedule my appointment. I scheduled it for 3/26 at 9:45AM and confirmed with the lady on the phone twice. Showed up today for my appointment at 9:27AM to fill out the new patient paperwork. The gentleman told me that they had me down at 9AM, not 9:45AM, so they had already listed me as a "no show" and I told him that I checked twice with the lady that called me to make my appointment and I purposely showed up early to fill out the new patient paperwork, so I asked if I could still be squeezed in today or reschedule to a different day and he told me that there wasn't another appointment time until May. I decided that this office didn't seem to have the best communication regarding scheduling and based off of Dr. Randle's reviews that I don't think I would want him and his office taking care of my concerns regarding my back, so I went upstairs to suite 5000 and explained the situation and they graciously got me in next week. Met with Dr. Randle today for a nerve/neurological evaluation due to neck pain, arm tingling/burning/weakness. He was able to rule out the need for serious spinal surgery recommended by another St. Mark’s doctor. Both he and Dr. Felix (shares an office)have been very helpful in my search for a second opinion. Dr. Randall was very professional and personable. If the need arises I would return to him. We chatted about his volunteer work in Haiti helping people with disabilities gain access to prosthetics and assistive devices. Pretty great work! Recommended. Dr. Randle has helped me on several issues. He helped with knee problems. I have been able to stave off surgery. He has helped me through back surgery. I think he gives straight forward advice and doesn't mince words. I feel like he really knows his work. I am impressed with how right he has been in helping me. Dr. Randle is a great humanitarian with his work helping the people of Haiti. He has made a difference in Haiti as well as in Utah. I heartily recommend Dr. Randle.

Thorough, told me all my treatment options and is not pushy about trying to have surgery. Took enough time and answered all my questions.

Dr. Randle wants the absolute best for all of his patients. I have been coming to him for years and he helps me feel better each time. I could not recommend a better doctor!

I have been in to see Dr. Randle several times over the last year. Each time he has listened to my concerns and discussed the different medications or other options to assist with controlling my pain. Every time I have made contact with his office staff regarding side effects or questions that have come up for me, they have each been very professional and genuinely concerned with my progress. They return my calls and answer questions consistently within a reasonable amount of time. I really appreciate the care I have received from Dr. Randle as well as his staff. I would highly recommend his knowledgeable expertise to anyone that is looking for pain relief.

I have seen Dr. Randle several times over the past few years for issues ranging from spinal cord to rotator cuff pain. His quick understanding of my problems, careful diagnosis, and appropriate treatments has made him someone I have also recommended wholeheartedly to friends needing orthopedic care. My wife is a physician and so I appreciate those who are professional, dedicated and stay involved with their patients care. I also admire Dr. Randle's volunteer efforts in Haiti and elsewhere as he believes a doctors role is also to reach out to those less fortunate or able to get basic healthcare, just not only to patients who can pay. Few do that. His sense of humor, knowledge and correct treatment options make Dr. Jeffrey Randle someone I can, without hesitation, recommend to anyone seeking an outstanding orthopedic specialist.

Dr. Randle took me in on an almost emergency situation and I feel I could not have had a more thorough exam or have been treated more competently. It was the end of the day but Dr. Randle nor any of his staff seemed in any hurry to get out of the office and on their way. I have full confidence that I got the best diagnosis and care available. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone

He is nothing but an IME paid off doc. They get paid big bucks to not do valid exams and go against valid doctors and their advice

I had been seeing Dr. Randle for quite some time and although he is not personable he seemed competent. I always felt he just didn't like his job but was stuck with it. I believed he was donig his best for me. At my second to last session I was telling him about some bloodwork I had received which showed mostly normal readings. I told him I wanted to get my back taken care of because I needed to lose weight (about 20 pounds). His reply was, "Well, you don't need bloodwork to tell you that, all you have to do is look in a mirror." I was stunned and offended by this comment. Now I believe maybe he does like his job, just not anyone overweight to any extent. I saw him for one other appointment after a visit to the ER after am auto accident. I told him about the x-rays and CT scan the ER has done and that they recommended me to have an MRI. He did not look up the results, tested my leg strength and sensory feelings with a pin and told me to come back if I wanted a cortisone shot. I have since gotten an MRI that showed seriously bulging discs with severe nerve impingement on the right and moderate on the left. My PCP told me I would more than likely need surgery. I am seeing another doctor for this evaluation. I don't appreciate being insulted and not taken seriously just because I am 20 pounds overweight. I've been seeing dr.randle for about 4 years now , due to herniated bulging disc in the lower back ...ive always like & respected him and his decision towards my situation.....

Dr Randle has been seeing my husband and I since 2008. From our first visit in his office we were greeted with a sincere friendly and caring Dr and Staff. Dr Randle takes time to sit and truly listen to what your concerns are. He never rushes your appointment. He makes you feel that your visit and concerns are of importance to him not just to you. Very thorough and proactive. We highly recommend Dr Randle. He is definitely our go to Dr for finding the cause for joint and body pain.

I have had a great experience with Dr. Randle. He listened to what I wanted my outcome to be and we are working towards that goal. I really appreciated his direct and honest approach. Dr. Randle and his staff are very professional and put me at ease. Never have had to wait more than five minutes in the waiting area!

Dr. Randle has helped my 91 year old mother for several years. His approach is informative, with very good communications with both my mom and me , allowing her to make good decisions for her health in managing her stenosis and sciatica. He is very patient and kind. We both strongly recommend Dr. Randle.

Dr Randle is courteous, listens and answers questions in a very clear way. If you do not understand you can ask for clarification without fear of intimidation. I feel that I receive excellent care provided with complete honesty. I have the utmost confidence in this healthcare provider, trust his decisions and I am lucky to have found him. The offfice staff is friendly, efficient and caring as well.

I was referred to Dr. Randle by a specialist I had been seeing for over 4years. Initially I thought I would be in good hands, and that because of my previous doctor, Dr. Randle would be as empathetic and personal- which he is not. When I went in to see him, I literally left in tears after being told that you just need to know that your injury is what it is, and I need to get used to the pain you may experience. It seemed as if I was only seen so he could get another check. Very disappointed

His office was supposed to contact me. They have not after 2 weeks I have called them and they will not answer the phone. I have left 2 different messages with them and they still have not returned my calls. When I was in his office I had to wait for over an hour in the lobby while I watched Dr Randle relax and chat with the office girls. When he did finally see me he was rude and would not even let me describe my symptoms.
