I absolutely love these people! They do an amazing job, makes sure that you know what the surgery details and what would be best. Dr. Poulter does an amazing job and answers any questions you will have. I am so happy with the results!

Let me just start with saying that if more than 5 stars was an option, they'd get them all. Everyone at this office is absolutely amazing. From Rachelle at the front desk, to my all time favorite nurse Cassidy, to Dr. Poulter himself - everyone has been so kind, caring, and prompt. Not only did they have the forethought to think of almost all of my questions BEFORE I thought to ask them, they didn't bat an eye at my seemingly weird or off the wall questions/requests. On top of all that, his bedside manner is off the charts. Before him I met with 7 other surgeons over the course of two years. He was the FIRST doctor to ask my consent before he touched me. Yeah, I was naked and wearing only a medical gown and I expected him to have to touch my skin to understand how it moved, but he actually asked me. I am a little over 6 weeks post op from an FDL revision (first procedure done by a different doctor up in Chicago) and butt lift. My incisions were a full 360 degrees around my lower torso, plus a vertical line up to my bra. I honestly couldn't be happier with my results. I am a massive weight loss patient (135 lbs) and Dr. Poulter has the magic touch. He is blunt and honest about results that I can expect, but gives his patients the choice about what procedures they want moving forward. I already am saving up for my next round of surgeries with him (planned to be a torsoplasty and mastopexy). All in all, 5 stars are no where near enough. If you are in need of a plastic surgeon, this is the one you want. Scratch that, this is the one you NEED.

During my experiences with Dr. Poulter and the staff they were nothing but highly professional, but also warm and truly caring about the needs of their client. I have had two procedures done by Dr. Poulter, and during both I found them nothing less than excellent!! Dr Poulter and his staff are welcoming, efficiant and eager to accommodate you. I would highly recommend Dr. Poulter based on my experience and results!! 5 stars!!!

I can't say enough good things about Dr.Poulter and his staff. This is my second experience with them, and I was very nervous. From the very first visit, his staff and him made me feel completely at ease and answered all of my million questions. I'm 3 weeks out and already loving the beginning of my results. They have been in contact the entire time and get back to you with any of your concerns right away. I will continue to see Dr. Poulter in the future for any procedure I may decide to do. Recently I had replacement of breast implants & mastopexy. My recovery from surgery was painless & I felt great. The best part is how I look, wonderful shape to breasts. I am 6 weeks out from surgery & back to exercising. I feel more confident in how I look. Dr Poulter is a very talented surgeon & his staff are so caring. I highly recommend his services.

Dr. Poulter did an amazing job with my breast reduction. Very professional and friendly would recommend his services. Dr. Poulter nursing staff were very nice and helpful if there was anything I needed it didn’t take them long to get back to me.

I had breast reduction in October 2020. Love my outcome that I got. Dr Poulter takes great lengths to manage pain. I only had 1 day after surgery that I needed pain medication and was fine for rest of recovery. Communication with him and his staff was excellent. I am planning in future to have a tummy tuck and liposuction. Highly recommend Dr Poulter and his staff

Dr. Poulter is an amazing plastic surgeon. I had a large sebaceous cyst on my cheek that I was very nervous about having removed. He made the incision as small as possible and it looks great. He takes his time with you and makes sure you understand everything. HIGHLY recommend.

I have been fortunate enough to be Dr. Poulter's patient on several occasions. He performed a tummy tuck following a large weight loss several years ago, and it was such a positive experience. He concentrates a great deal on managing post-op pain and I had very little. My results were outstanding. I have gone twice in the past 4 years for Juviderm and Botox and the results have been outstanding! Can't reccommend Dr. Poulter & his staff highly enough!! Professional, friendly and caring!!

I have been going to Dr. Poulter for quite some time and must say that he is very skilled and all my visits for filling in have been PERFECT!!!! I have complete faith in what he suggests I have done or not to have done and I always go home feeling great. It is so wonderful to do just enough to see the difference myself but no one knows if I don't tell them. The office staff is so wonderful and I feel so welcome and cared about that going to see Dr. Poulter has been my best decision!!
