Dr Pollock is very knowledgeable and caring. The office staff are always pleasant

Dr. Pollock seems to be a good doctor and very knowledgeable. I am treating with him to manage Diabetes. Although he is good, the fact that the office staff are extremely rude is enough to stop seeing him . Let me correct that, the older lady is very rude. You should prob not let her answer calls or return calls. Based off of that alone I may be finding another doctor just to avoid the disrespect. She needs an attitude adjustment or maybe she needs to retire but either way she is bad for business.

Try calling to get an appointment is impossible. Left messages for 3 days, no return calls. Always an answering machine. Not a good way to run a medical office.

Dr Pollack is amazing. Truly knowledgeable. Up to date on all new medications. Takes his time with every patient. Cares about patients.

I have been going to Dr. Pollock for years. He has always been patient, compassionate and well informed. He keeps up on the medicine and cares about his patients. The staff is friendly and they are always able to fit me in when it's necessary.

I"ve been a patient of Dr. Pollock for about 8 years. I've moved away from the Ft. Laud area and live about 1.5 hours away. I don't even think of changing to a more local doc as I am pleased with Dr. Pollock, his Office Mgr, Jennifer, and the other staff. They know me, I know them, and they are like family. Dr. Pollock always takes his time with me, never rushes through an appointment. If I have a question or something to discuss, he will sit with me until I am satisfied. I read that some don't like the small waiting room. It is fine as they do a good job of scheduling/treating patients promptly. There are never 10 people waiting there with you, like in some offices. If you want to go to a "Big Box Store" doctor(s), stare at a big expensive aquarium for an hour while waiting past your appointment time, and then get rushed through your appointment by someone who barely makes eye contact with you, then have at it. I'll keep Dr. Pollock.

Fantastic experience every time. He has gotten my blood sugar and triglycerides under control after 20+ years of trying. He's friendly and professional. His staff honest and efficient. I can not comprehend any of the bad reviews.

I had a horrible experience with both the doctor and his staff. He is uncaring & limited in presiding details and options for care. It is extremely difficult to rich the stats. Do not recommend. In fact, I would avoid.

WALK AWAY!!! This dr is all about $$ and is very rude and inappropriate. He always wanted to check my "belly bottom" during visits. No other Endocrinologist has ever requested me to lift my blouse so he can see my "belly bottom". The waiting time is beyond normal 2-3 hours and they have no problem in making you wait as long as possible then cancel your appointment just right there. Staff apparently follow his lead in rudeness and lack of compassion.

“Did you leave a message?” I left several messages. ?? When I told her about the reviews on Google - “Oh, those reviews are old.” But, they are still very relevant though. ?? She slammed the door when I walked out. ?? ?? Throw the whole staff away - keep Dr. Pollock, keep Jennifer!

Dr Pollock is fine but unfortunately, you can never get anyone to answer to make an appointment. That is the worst office in Plantation

He has a great personality. BUT, it's impossible when it comes to making an appointment or getting a person to answer the phone. Never returns calls no matter what number you prompt on his line.........!!!!! Unfortunately I can only rate him 1 Star..........

This doctor is like finding water in the desert. Unfortunately, my insurance does not cover him and I cannot afford him no more. He is a gentleman. I have had endocrinologists laughing at the weight gain or making you wait since nine to one to see you in the same building.

He is conservative and very knowledgeable. I think he is the best doctor in South Florida for thyroid and diabetes problem.
