I needed a new eye prescription and he refused to fill it because he wasn't the original provider of it. Insane! Irrational! So, he's denying me a necessary antibiotic eye drop for no good reason. It boggles my mind what kind of irrational thinking he demonstrates. "Do no harm" is not something this fool understands. And, he claimed that an eye abrasion heals within 24-48 hours. No, it doesn't. The research says eye abrasions take 2 weeks to heal. When I saw this waste of my time and money this week, my abrasion was 6 days old and not yet healed. So, he's ignorant as well. Finally, he doesn’t wash his hands or wear sterile gloves before he touches your face and neither does his staff! Avoid him at all costs.

Long-time patient, and even though I moved away in 2010, I keep seeing him when I come to town. Exceptional care and always corrects my vision to better than 20/20. Few problems with glasses over the years were quickly taken care of at no charge to me! Helpful and friendly staff work hard to make sure everything goes smoothly despite living at a great distance.

Eye exam was not accurate and prescription was wrong. Had to have another exam with another Dr to get a 3rd so I could see. The one written was wrong by Dr Phillips and office refused refund due to professional services. Right...done wrong and take your money
