Dr Perry is a terrible Dr!!! Stay away! This office is like a poorly run factory. Immediately dealing with his front staff you know it’s all about money. His office manager is incompetent and should be fired!! They are not to be trusted and the PT department is even worse. If your looking to just get a heating pad put on you behinds curtain for 20 minutes this is good for you but my health is worth more than this so I’m so happy I found a great Dr. with a fabulous PT Team to help me get better. It’s clean and run professional. I’m so happy!!!!!

I highly recommend Dr Perry and his marvelous staff. Dr Perry is very thorough and explains everything to you patiently in a manner that you feel educated about your injury and the treatment. You are always greeted with a smile by Dianna, Ro and the rest of the staff. They are always helpful and responsive to your questions and work with you to help resolve or clarify. This is a great place for physical therapy! The entire staff is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Diana and Roe always greet you with a smile and are ready and willing to help you with whatever you need. They make you feel right at home.

I have great experiences at Perry Physical Medicine. The front desk staff always greet you with open arms Diana, Ruby, Celeste and Rosena are always welcoming the patients with open arms. The Physical therapist are most concerned about your physical capacity.

This has been hands down the best Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center I have ever experienced! I sustained injuries from a car accident back in March and as a result suffered limitations in my mobility. After 6 weeks of therapy, 3x per week, I can honestly say I have progressed and I am coming along slowly but surely! The entire office staff has been such a pleasure in their countenance as well as in aiding in my recovery. I am always greeted with a smile and a good morning! The physical therapists all work collaboratively to formulate a routine that's tailored to meet your needs. I especially love that the facility has everything you need in house... from getting xrays done to completing any and all paperwork in a timely manner. I would recommend any and everyone with an injury or disability to experience rehabilitation in its finest at this facility. This medical establishment is the BEST. The entire staff from Dr. Perry, his nursing staff, administration and the therapist are very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, patient and understanding to your needs. The establishment is clean and on occasion they show appreciation to their patients. They all are professional with a twist of love. They remember your name and your injury. They make you feel like you are truly a part of their work family. I have been coming to Perry back and forth for almost 10 years. In my line of business I need a place that will take care of me to help me get back to work. I have MANY colleagues that share the same sentiment. Good morning, My name is Karen Phillips and i am just writing to say how impressed i am with the services offered at Perry Physical Medicine. The staff are all very efficient and the office is so clean and well-ran. They are all courteous and attentive, from the front office to the back office. I have never had to wait two hours for therapy. The flow is great, effective and efficient. It makes me want to continue with my therapy. I highly recommend to others. Thanks so much.

I had a car accident in June of 2016, and i was very happy with the the way the staff took care of me and Dr. Perry was very good. he explained things and answered all my questions. although i currently do not treat for therapy any longer I do come in for pain management services and still receive the best care. the therapists are very friendly and helpful.

This is the worst doctor I’ve ever been to in my life. He yells at his patients and people that work for him and make them cry. He is the most inconsiderate person and i don’t know even know how he has a license to be a doctor. He is a clown and I suggest he be avoided at all cost. If I could give him a zero I would.

Just go off the phone with this office and I don't know how they are in business. Dr. Perry should fire his office manager ASAP. I'm a nurse and have worked in hospitals and medical offices and this is a poorly run operation. My mother is a patient there, 70 years old, who has sat waiting to see the Dr. Perry 2+ hours on several occasions. They've also screwed up her appointments and when she has shown for an appointment, the front desk tells her she's not on the schedule. The front desk staff told my mom to go home and FAX her appointment card for proof and then the office manager Diana, told my mom to "find another doctor". Her mother would be ashamed. Good luck with that manager Dr. Perry. Just go off the phone with this office and I don't know how they are in business. Dr. Perry should fire his office manager ASAP. Worst doctor I have every had the un-pleasure to meet. My goodness I can't belive he is allowed to practice medicine. He is only interested in the money because he only spends at most 5 minutes with you then pushes injections and surgery even thought the surgeon keeps saying I don't need it. Does not let you speak and when I said I was doing better he said NO YOU ARE NOT!! I was flabbergasted?!?!?!? PLEASE SOMEONE GET THIS DOCTOER FIRED! I WOULD TRY BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW.

Dr. Perry should not even be referred to as a doctor he performed or claimed to perform an ime when he actually spent about 11 minutes 15 tops telling me that I should get off medication that was helping me and get on a medication that he wanted me on.. he lied throughout the entire report and it appears that this is the way he operates. He was rude arrogant and absolutely horrible to deal with and then wrote a report which was entirely section and submitted it to the Workers Compensation Board

Waited for over an hour and a half and he only saw me for 7 minutes. If you want a caring doctor who's going to listen to you... Keep looking!

He was rude and humiliated me when i was his patient. He claimed i never told him i was also seeing neurologist, but her script for various mri's where attached to my medical folder. when i began to walk out, he yelled, well, where did you have the tests taken? Thereafter i went to another physical therapist and couldn't believe the REAL treatment i received. So, Dr Perry was also milking my no-fault carrier for treatment i truly wasn't receiving.

Waited for over 1 hour to be seen by a doctor, considering it was my first time. The Spanish girls were rude and gave you the typical Yankee attitude (rude) after analysing the situation none of the reception has shares in the practice. They need to learn the essence of customer service which they lack in abundance. They tell you they don't have an appointment, and as soon as you explain who you are, they make one available. Not only is the place dingy the atmosphere is unwelcoming.

I was referred here for physical therapy after a car accident. The entire staff from Dr. Perry on down was always very friendly and helpful. They did a wonderful job assisting in my rehabilitation. I would definitely recommend this practice.
