please do not use this doctor. his billing practices are irresponsible. First they will not send you a bill. Then afterwards will use your card to access your bank account. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR. OR IF YOU DO USE A CREDIT CARD FOR THE VISIT..DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT.

Office is filled with clowns. They cancelled and rescheduled appointments for my son 3 times. Ridiculous.

Dr. Palmer is extremely talented and professional. He is an expert in his practice and we trust him 100%. He is very thorough, and takes time to explain everything and make sure you understand before the end of the appt. his office is always clean, and his staff are always friendly. He repaired my first daughters VUR surgically and prior to her VUR repair at 18 months of age he excused her ureterocele as a 1 month old infant. Our second daughter also VUR and he is managing her care. We recommend him to anyone we know for any urology needs. Dr. Palmer is extremely talented and professional. Worst medical experience of my life! This doctor was performing very expensive unnecessary tests on my son on regular basis without warning me. I was later presented with pile of large bills from this office. While I tried to dispute the bills, they just deducted the money from my account that they had on file! I used different urologist later for my son condition and it was completely different approach and billing. Stay away from this practice!
