The best in the business. I've had back pain for 20 years and have seen countless chiropractors, physical therapists, pain management doctors and orthopedic surgeons and Dr. Moscow had me feeling better after 1 treatment than I had at any point during those 20 years. I've been to other offices in the area where instead of treating you they give you an office tour and then tell you to come back later for a presentation in which they try to sell you a year of care. Ridiculous. Dr. Moscow is a real doctor who helped get me out of pain immediately. He adjusted me and gave me a back extension exercise to do in the office and at home. After 5 visits I was pain and I can call him when I need him and now I have an exercise that will help prevent future episodes. Excellent doctor.

I threw out my back playing golf and had to be helped into Dr. Moscow's office by my friend since I was in so much pain. I was bent over and couldn't straighten myself out. I walked out of his office an hour later feeling 80% better and standing upright. The Dr. prescribed an exercise that I did for a couple of days. I was back golfing within a week! Dr. M is the best!

I hurt my shoulder over a year ago. I went to my ortho and had an MRI which showed a partial tear of a rotator cuff tendon. I went to PT and then had an injection. PT didn't help and the injection wore off after a week. I went to another chiropractor at first but then I found Dr. Moscow online and decided to go because of his good reviews. And I'm glad I did! After a few weeks of treatment I felt 100% better. Dr. Moscow is the best and I recommend him to everyone!

I tweaked my neck a couple of months ago and aggravated it again the other day. I wasn't able to turn my head to the right and was in severe pain. Dr. Moscow fit me in his schedule on the same day and when I left his office I could turn my head. Within a few days the pain had decreased more than 50% and I had no problems turning. I was pain-free within a week. Dr. Moscow is amazing!

Dr. Moscow is amazing. My husband could not turn is head due to severe pain for 5 days. Within 30 minutes Dr. Moscow did an assessment, diagnosed the issue, provided an exercise for my husband to do while we were there, after 20 repetitions, he had my husband turning his head left and right with minimal pain. Dr. Moscow is not only an excellent doctor, he was very personable and easy to talk to, and explained everything in layman's terms. We highly recommend him! I forgot to mention, we are from upstate New York and when my husband hurt his neck, we had know idea who to go see. I saw Dr. Moscow for a whiplash injury after I was in a rear-end collision. I was in tremendous pain and in a bit of a bad mood but Louisa and Dr. Moscow were so nice and caring that I immediately felt better about my situation. Dr. Moscow was able to get my neck feeling better than it did prior to the accident. I've been to many chiropractors and have never come across one with his unique style of blending chiropractic adjustments with McKenzie therapy. Also, Jenny was great to help work out my tight muscles. And Dr. Moscow gives the best adjustments that I've ever had. This is a 5 star practice and the only place to go.

I've been to many chiropractors and I can confidently say that Dr. Moscow is the best. He used a mix of chiropractic adjusting and what he called McKenzie therapy in order to treat my back pain. I usually feel better after being treated by a chiropractor but never quite perfect and I usually lasts for about a week. After 5 minutes Dr. Moscow had me feeling better than I have in years. He also showed me a particular exercise that I can use at home to remain pain free which means less visits to the doctor. Sorry Dr. Moscow! His office is very high tech with digital X-ray, class IV laser, a digital foot scanner for orthotics and even the "paperwork" is done on a tablet. And I have to say that Louisa is the best and sweetest office manager I've ever had to the privilege to meet. And I can't forget Jenny who gave me the most wonderful massage. I could not be happier and have been telling all of my friends.

Dr. Moscow is fantastic. He has a unique perspective on treatment in that he combines traditional chiropractic and McKenzie therapy. The best chiropractor I’ve ever had. He mixes various chiropractic techniques with McKenzie physical therapy when treating my lower back and I have never felt better. He is also able to take digital X-rays with amazing clarity. I didn’t need it for my injury but he also has a class IV laser that I may try for my plantar fasciitis. Plus he can make custom orthotics to help support the spine. Combined with a simple home exercise routine I should have an easier time staying pain free

I just left Dr. Moscow's office and all I can say is 'Wow!' Louisa is the most caring office manager I have ever met and Dr. Moscow is fantastic. He took time to listen to me complain about my back and hip, did a couple of X-rays, and treated me c/ an adjustment, stretching and electrical therapy. After one treatment I can feel a difference. I could not be more impressed by Dr. Moscow and his staff. I hurt my back over the holiday weekend while cooking and could hardly straighten myself out. Dr. Moscow's "paperwork" is on a tablet. Very cool. His office manager was very helpful in helping me fill out my history. Dr. Moscow spent time LISTENING to me. I was in an auto accident a couple of weeks ago and was in a lot of pain. Dr. Moscow did a thorough history and examination and took X-rays. I've never seen such modern equipment in a smaller, family office like this. You fill out your history on a tablet computer, he uses an adjusting table that flexes automatically, has digital X-ray, and has laser therapy. Not to mention the laser foot scanner to examine the feet. Excellent doctor and staff. Very happy I found him on google.

I live in NYC and come down to Sarasota for the winter. And I'm very particular with my doctors. I'm not fond of most Florida doctors but Dr. Moscow is one of the best I've found, anywhere, and would certainly be at home treating patients in New York.

I found Dr. Moscow on google and chose to go there because of the great reviews and they are well deserved. Dr. Moscow, Louisa and Jenny are all so nice and very professional. I was having neck, shoulder and wrist pain and was a little sore after the first treatment but by the next morning I was feeling better. After a few treatments I was feeling much better and my pain went from an 8 to a 1. I highly recommend!

I went to Dr. Moscow in hopes of getting some relief for lower back pain that I've had for 15 years. I have tried everything and didn't have much hope but after one treatment, I had 24 hours of relief which is more than I have had in years. After a couple of weeks, my pain was down 50%. He did some adjusting, stretched my back and legs and used his laser. I send my husband there as well and I couldn't be happier!

His office manager is great and is very easy to talk to. Dr. Moscow took plenty of time and I never felt rushed. Better yet, I felt better immediately. I originally tweaked my back when examining a patient a week ago. The pain was aggravated by our flight down to Florida and I needed quick relief. I was very fortunate to come across Dr. M. He was able to get me in within a couple of hours and had me feeling immediately better. I can now play a couple of rounds of golf before heading back up north. I would highly recommend Dr. M.

I've had longstanding back pain with a general neck stiffness and soreness of my feet. Everything such as adjustments, exercise, pain meds and muscle relaxers have always seemed to be a temporary fix. But Dr. Moscow was able to alleviate the great majority of my pain on a permanent basis. His adjustments were a little different and he also adjusted my feet. He used his laser on my feet and also fit me for custom orthotics with a heel lift. My right leg was 7 mm short! I feel great!

One of the best experiences I've ever had at a doctor's office. Dr. Moscow, Louisa, and Jenny are amazing! Dr. Moscow spent more time listening to me than any other doctor I've ever been too. My orthopedic surgeon wants to do surgery on my neck but after having treatment at Dr. Moscow's office, surgery won't be necessary. Neck pain is gone! Numbness into my arm and hand are gone! I spend most of the year in Boston but get down to Sarasota on occasion and I can unequivocally say that Dr. Moscow is the best. My ortho in Boston recommended surgery on my lower back but Dr. Moscow has been able to save me from going under the knife with a combination of back, hip and foot adjustments, laser therapy, and rehab stretching. In fact, I have made a couple of trips to Florida just to see him. If you live anywhere near Sarasota you owe it to yourself to see him.

His front office manager is so friendly and helpful. Filling out info on a tablet is so much more enjoyable than the endless amounts of paperwork. And most importantly, Dr. Moscow is awesome! I have had a HA for the past couple of weeks and he was able to relieve it after 1 treatment. He adjusted by neck and shoulder in a way that I have never had done before and I've been to a lot of chiropractors. I've already told 2 of my friends to switch offices.

I've head lower neck and upper back pain for 20 years and had a cervical fusion 15 years ago. Dr. Moscow was able to get me feeling better than I had since I had the operation. I went to Dr. Moscow after having been hit from behind in an auto accident. Dr. Moscow and his staff were wonderful and I can't recommend them highly enough. Wow! I was suffering with lower back pain from a herniated disc. My orthopedic surgeon recommended that I have surgery to remove pressure on a nerve. I decided to seek alternative treatment first and I'm glad I did. Dr. Moscow reduced my pain from a constant 8-9 to a 1-2 and I have cancelled my appointment for surgery. What more can I say?

Dr. Moscow is highly recommended for anyone in Sarasota. My doctor referred me there for my chronic neck and back pain. Dr. Moscow asked me about my hips, knees, and feet. I did have plantar fasciitis and Dr. Moscow was able to treat that too. My neck and back pain are greatly reduced and my plantar fasciitis is gone. I had foot pain for 6 years and always though that I'd have to live with it. Dr. Moscow & Associates is the best!
