Dr. Minkovitz is always courteous, very easy to understand, and very understanding as well as being thorough, and being one of the very best eye physicians in his profession and I have a great deal of appreciation for his fine works.

Dr. Minkovitz always takes the time to explain things to you so you understand. The down side is the wait time in the office. The appointments need to be better assigned. My appointment was 3:20PM and I saw the doctor at 5:30PM.

I feel the exam and their advice are completely thorough.

I have been going to Dr. Minkovitz for years. He is always caring, and takes the time to explain things to you if you have a concern or question. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and have recommended him to many friends and family.

Great experience and very Professional

He made me feel very comfortable about the surgery he had to do on both of my eyes. This was because from the beginning of our appointments, he explained my issue (Fuchs Dystrophy) and made sure I understood what this disease would do to my eyes and what it would take to fix this problem. He answered all my questions in detail and with confidence. Two years and 3 surgeries later (one more to go for a cataract) I am free of the disease and my vision keeps getting better as my eyes heal. I haven't been able to see this well for a really long time.!!!

Dr. Minkovitz has assembled a great team that under his leadership is not only results oriented but dedicated to making you feel comfortable and confident. In my own case, all expectations were exceeded!! I would point out that both he and a team member took the time to call and check on me the same evening of the surgery and then on the following day. Dr. Minkovitz, I thank you and all your team, for the effort expended on my behalf.

He is professional, friendly, funny, knowledgeable, answers your questions, takes time and makes sure you completely understand his findings and what the results may or may not be.

I went back for my 3 month check-up from my Lazik Eye correction surgery. I can't believe that I waited so long to get this done. It is amazing how great my vision is. I am so happy with my Dr and his staff. They are the best in DE.

VERY thorough and the staff is very friendly. However the waiting time is quite long. I was there for 3 hours and that is longer than most. Maybe its not like that all the time. I shall see next visit.

I was in the ER with a metal chip in my eye on Saturday evening, I was told to have a followup immediately when I called the receptionist, she snickered, "oh you want to come in this week".....I found another Doctor!!!! And by the way I got an appointment for the same day.....

I have been a patient of Dr. Minkovitz for several years and recently had cataract and astigmatism surgeries on both eyes a couple weeks apart. Dr. Minkovitz is a highly skilled, knowledgeable, sensitive ophthalmologist and I could not have asked for a better surgical experience and outcome. I did not mind the extra wait for my right eye surgery because I knew my care would not be rushed or compromised, especially since we are dealing with the additional challenge of CORVID-19. The office staff as well as the surgical staff were friendly, courteous, efficient, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Dr. Minkovitz and the Center for Advanced Surgical Arts. Thank you!!

I had cataract surgery on both eyes 3 weeks apart. The staff at the office and Dr. Minkowitz done a great job in terms of courtesy and professionalism. They seem to genuinely care about their patients. I had a great experience and high recommend Dr. Minkovitz.

Experience has been very good. Had initial hazing post cataract op, but this seems to be resolving itself.

Dr. Minkovitz misdiagnosed the cause of my poor vision that was uncorrectable with eye glasses. He told me that it was not caused by cataracts but that I had keratoconus and needed to be fitted with special hard contact lenses. A second opinion by another ophthalmologist was that my problem was cataracts and not keratoconus. Cataract surgery by this second surgeon with intraocular toric lenses resulted in my having excellent 20/20 distance vision without glasses. I need over-the-counter glasses just for reading.

My first appointment was in early September and the second eye was done in early October. The staff /practice from Scott Street to Centerville Road complex is absolutely fabulous. I felt cared for through the whole process from front desk to operation and after care! A+++

Dr. Minkovitz has been my ophthalmologist for many years and performed my 2 cataract surgeries, the most recent was this week. The results have been wonderful and he takes great care in his work, treats me with great respect and listens intently to my concerns. Excellent doctor and individual.

I decided to get Lasik surgery a few years ago, so I researched reputable ophthalmologists and decided on Dr. Minkovitz. It was important for me to find a competent and qualified but also personable physician, and Dr. Minkovitz certainly met those criteria. He has a friendly and calming disposition, and he explained every step prior to and during the EpiLasik surgery. He made me feel comforted and assured that I was in good hands. I am happy to report that I still have 20/15 four years later (I had horrible eye sight prior to the surgery)! Whenever I meet with Dr. Minkovitz (for yearly check ups), he is always warm and friendly and happily answers any question that I may have. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Minkovitz.

Had two cateract surgeries with Dr. Minkovitz and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Colors are so much more vivid and I am seeing 20/20. The staff at the Eye Physicians and the staff at the Surgery Center are very efficient and educated to the needs of their patients. I had a very pleasant experience which I appreciated.

Dr. Minkovitz misrepresented the outcome of my cataract surgery. After the surgery was completed, my vision was alarmingly fuzzy. I asked to see the doctor and when he came, he told me I was wasting his time as he had other surgeries to perform. I was feeling dizzy and not prepared to leave but was rushed out by the nurse. He also put in a punctal plug that highly inflamed my eye to the point I had to go in for an emergency appointment to have it removed. Again, he was impatient and unkind.

Dr. Minkovitz is one of the best doctors I've ever been treated by. He's very skillful and has fantastic patient/doctor rapport. My cataract surgery was painless and healed perfectly in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend him for any issue regarding eyes. And all the staff I interacted with were professional, pleasant, and efficient.

Cataract surgery came off without a hitch, very comfortable and convenient, fine result. New lens set for exactly the distance agreed. Dr. Minkovitz followed up with a phone call the night after surgery and saw me in his office the next day.

I would absolutely recommend dr. minkovitz to everyone=young and old! he has all the best qualities that a dr. needs: knowledge, conscience, compassionate,respectful, polite, suburb dr. patient relations! he even checks up on you at home....who else does that, these days! when you find a great dr. you hang on to them.....I'm definitely hanging on to this one!
