I decided to keep my appointment and I am beyond happy that I saw Dr McKee and his awesome staff. I indeed had some foot issues and Dr Mckee hooked me up and schooled me up on what was happening with my troubled foot. Staff is great, no wait times and wonderful accessibility. Dr. McKee was wonderful and helped me so much. I would recommend him to everyone! Great bedside manner and provide thorough information.

I was very impressed with my 1st visit. Both the doctor and his nurse were thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was called back right at my appointment time. They both made me feel at ease and not rushed.

Staff was super friendly! Wait time was short. Dr. McKee listened to me and then explained the issue. He answered questions and was very thorough.

I highly recommend going to Dr. Jeff McKee, I didn't have to wait at all. The staff and doctor were very professional and super friendly. I was greeted warmly and taken care of quickly. Dr. Jeff is very experienced and knowledgeable. His surgical skill are amazing. An excellent experience!

Dr. McKee has done two permanent nail removals for me, twice now, and both failed to work and nail grew back. When I went for follow up today for 2nd procedure, he was rude and belligerent, and he acted as though I had done something wrong, and I felt as if he was done with me. He was just hateful and it was awful. I would say he has no patience or compassion for “out of the norm” patients like myself (through no fault of my own). I will never go back after how he treated me today, when I did NOTHING wrong! His staff was rude as well when I was having problems after procedure that weren’t “typical”. Just awful

Dr. McKee and his staff are wonderful to work with. They are both professional and personable and Dr. McKee provides excellent care. He was most helpful in helping me when I had fractured a bone in my foot and worked with me to ensure it healed properly and completely. I couldn't be happier with his care.

He has always been super nice and knowledgeable. He treated me with kindness and listened to my problems. Great doctor and staff.

We love Dr. Mckee he was wonderful with my son who was 15 and had to have an ingrown nail removed. He talked to my son like an adult not a child which my son appreciated. He was very caring and patient with my son also and he helped me with my planters facitis with out surgery and he helped me with a fractured big toe. He is wonderful. I wish i knew where he moved to.

Very professional made me very comfortable and made me feel like family I’ve never experienced 5 star service until today the great Doctor McKee and his staff are the pinnacle of true elite quality service in health care if you want the best they are second to none I assure

I’ve been hearing radio ads for Dr. McKee and they’ve made me want to urge people to go elsewhere! I trusted Dr. McKee and THOUGHT he was a good Doctor, despite the problems with his staff (unprofessional and snarky wife/assistant). He did 3 surgeries on my foot over the years. However, when I went in for the last surgery in June 2019, he left me waiting, in severe pain, for over 3 hours and when he came bounding into the room, I used an inappropriate word asking, “Where the &*@$ have you been?” He did my 2 surgery follow-ups and in 2 months, I was having problems again. I called his office and was told he wouldn’t see me because I said an inappropriate word to him. He never talked to me directly about this and I had no indication that he was upset. I explained again (to the wife/assistant) that I was in extreme pain at that time and apologized. That situation was the biggest blessing in the world for me! I saw Dr. Ocampo and he was bewildered that “my previous doctor” had my foot in the condition it was in (very, VERY BAD). He said my issue was “textbook” and he could easily fix it. Dr. Ocampo did surgery and corrected all the problems and I’m finally out of pain…after all those painful surgeries/recoveries and years of pain. Go to the BEST first! I highly recommend NOT going to Dr. McKee. Save yourself from unnecessary, painful surgeries/recoveries from a Doctor that doesn’t fix the problem.

I wish that I had read these reviews prior to my appointment. I’ve never had such an awful experience in the doctors office. He entered the room did not introduce himself and did not look up at me until about five minutes into the appointment. He was arrogant and rude. I was not giving much information… I had to ask the questions. Questions I asked he seemed put off that he had to answer them. I am so disappointed that a doctor would treat a patient in such a manner. I mediately went to Parkway scrubs to look at shoes, as the nurse had recommended. The saleswoman there was 100% kinder, knowledgeable and more helpful than Dr McKee. Please think twice about going to him. I know there have been some good reviews above however I find it difficult to believe that he could change his personality. I think he is what he is...an arrogant man.

BEST podiatrist in Huntsville, highly recommended and love, love, his staff...very personable and caring staff.

Does not instill confidence. I don’t feel I was well served by this doctor and his nurse. Had to cancel my follow up appt.

Jeffery McKee is very arrogant. Do not dare mention something another doctor has said about your condition. I tried to show him a picture of my foot, he would not look at it. He told me the MY government would not allow him to look at pictures. I thought he was joking and tried to show the picture again. He told me that I was treading thin ice. I ask what for, he told me that again, very stern voice. I felt threaten, go up and left. I have never been treated so inhuman by any other doctor. Would never ever recommend this guy to anyone.

Ok So Dr. McKee is a straight shooter. He gets to the point and doesn't sugar coat things. I like that. He doesn't waste your time. He did my surgery on my foot and I was back running in no time. Excellent Dr. In fact, taking my 9 year son to go see him about a foot issue. If you are looking for someone to baby you, then don't go here, if you are looking for someone to get to the point and do what needs done, then I highly recommend Dr. McKee.

Dr McKee was in a rush and was impatient while I explained my history with plantar fasciitis. He did an excellent job of medically explaining my X-ray. He recommended shoe inserts. I asked about surgery as an option and he became very irritated and rude. As I tried to ask additional questions he cut me off and went on a diatribe. I was so uncomfortable, I told him twice to leave the exam room. First and last time I cried after a doctor’s appt. called Tricare immed. And reported him.

Dr. McKee is a caring and compassionate doctor. He takes the time to listen to your problems and concerns. He is an excellent physician and surgeon. His staff is warm and friendly and very competent.

Dr. McKee is a nice person but I ended up changing doctors after 2 visits. He would not listen to my problem but was quick to diagnose Plantar Fascitis. He just did not seem to care at all and always wanted to rush out of the office. Everyone else there was great...a real shame.

Dr. McKee was superb. He quickly grasped the situation, explained the cause of the problem and the solution. He was clear about chances of the solution working properly. And fully explained the care needed at home. His staff was excellent as well. By far, the best office visit we have had.

We had very good experiences with Dr. McKee. Both my Mother and I used him to take care of foot nail issues. The office staff was friendly and courteous and the Doctor was friendly, professional and took his time explaining his diagnosis. My mother had her nail removed and she reported no discomfort nor did she have any issues afterward. I would definitely recommend Dr. McKee.

Would recommend him to anyone. Very courteous staff. The doctor is very personal and ran test 2 other doctors had not. Had nail removed also was in steel toe boots next day. Painless procedure. He has my feet from here on out. AAA-PLUS Doctor and Staff

Dr. McKee and his staff are very professional and caring. I'm not sure about the negative reviews on here, but I guess you can't please everyone. Dr. McKee is very knowledgeable. He doesn't recommend surgery to treat anything and everything, so maybe that is the issue some had with him? He very thoroughly and patiently explains why some ailments/injuries are best treated with conservative treatment rather than aggressive treatment, such as surgery. Healing can take time.

Dr. Stalked into the room. He did not introduce himself. He did not care about or read my previous medical history. He just started lecturing. His tone during my appointment was extremely rude and condescending. He acted like I was wasting his time and did not listen to anything that I had to say. He was not helpful, and I will not be returning.

Doctor and staff are rude! I saw the doc for maybe 2 minutes. Told me it would be $300 to cut out and ingrown toenail, gave me a paper that said to soak my foot in Epsom salt and sent me on my way... it costs me an $80 copay for that. He was very condescending and nurses were snobby. Spoke to another podiatrist who said my insurance covered it. Waste of vacation, time, and money. now I have to go pay another co-pay in order to actually be treated and also take off work again.

Staff was rude. Office manager and dr are married and if you complain they gang up on you. Dr told me not to come back until I respected his staff. Not understanding that I'm legally blind and have trouble getting to appointments. He was suppose to remove a splinter from my foot and surgery wasn't successful. I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone!!!

Terrific sense of humor which puts you quickly at ease. He explained my symptoms and suggested possible treatments based on the MRI his staff had scheduled for the same day.

Knowledgable,cordial,straight to point. Patient w/ 80 yo dad, answered all his ?'s very calmly,repeating answers as needed in compassionate manner. Have had 10 follow up visits, all the same. No negatives. Called us back early after initial surg, to give us pathology results of malignant melanoma,got us to Onc dr ASAP. I am 30+ RN, am impressed with him and staff. Takes a lot to impress this old nurse!

Staff was friendly..... Doctor, unprofessional. Advised I should not exercise...worse thing I could do. I understand you don't want to do exercise that is high impact and hard on your joints. I've never had a doctor tell me exercise was not good for me. I feel the way he relays his information is not very professional. .

Unprofessional, rude, and impersonal. Doesnt spend time with his pt. Had 3 visits. Each time he acted like he had never seen me before. Wouldnt used him again or recommend him to others.
