Bad Experience ! I had severe back pain and neck pain , made an appointment couple months back . Doctor came and examined me physically about the conditions and told that , first day only he can do adjustments and cannot do traction or IFT. I was in pain but left out with no option and he asked to book second appointment couple days later. i did and again he said he will make adjustment today too and need to make another appointment after couple days where he will evaluate and check the possibility to start therapy.And that too currently traction machine is not available and need to use some manual folding table traction. I was totally in terrible pain the first time and really asked for some help to get rid of pain but the adjustment still aggravated the pain . And even in second visit , it still made it worse and i was literally in bed for another day taking pain killers. After couple of days rest and couple of massages and IFT helped a lot .
