They are very helpful when working on my granddaughter Braces. They are very courtesy, helpful, Polite. They don’t mind if you ask question and easy answer that you can understand.

After starting out with Invisalign braces that were recommended and provided by my former orthodontist in AZ, I relocated to Owatonna just weeks prior to the onset of the Covid 19 pandemic. As the country rapidly shut down during the early Spring of 2020, I was low on trays and needed a new orthodontist. I called Prairie Ridge Orthodontics and left a brief message regarding my situation. Jeff Loveless returned my call personally that same evening and advised me that even though his office was pretty much shut down due to the pandemic, he would personally meet with me at Prairie Ridge the following evening. Jeff not only met with me and performed a cursory examination, but also had my Invisalign account transferred to Prairie Ridge, got my new trays ordered and proceeded to get my teeth straightened. Prairie Ridge Orthodontics in Owatonna is far superior to my former orthodontic office in every way. I can't imagine going anywhere else, they are simply the best.

I was FLOORED!!!! by the extra mile things you guys do!!! Not only the video games (although, those were a big hit ??), the little sign on the computer welcoming us with each of our names- you didn’t have to do that, I wouldn’t have thought anything if you didn’t have it, but you chose to do that extra mile thing and it really made me smile! Both kids love the tshirts, Al changed in the car and wore it to school! The staff was ridiculously, over the top nice and genuine! Thank you for making it a great experience going to the orthodontist!

Prairie Ridge Orthodontics was recommended for a second opinion when it was suggested my son undergo a radical medical procedure of having his wisdom teeth removed at a young age before having his braces put on by another practice. After consulting with Dr. Loveless, he assured us it was unnecessary to have that procedure and he talked us through what he would do. We immediately moved to him and my son came out with beautiful teeth and had his wisdom teeth removed normally at a more mature age a few years later. Now my second son is a month away from getting his braces removed. We live 45 minutes away, but it is worth the trek to know your child is being well cared for. You never have to wait long and they are as accommodating as possible in scheduling appointments in order to miss as as little school as possible. At every level of the process, the staff is friendly and top notch. Prairie Ridge Orthodontics is a comfortable, competent, smooth, professional and efficient practice.
