Long wait times, in waiting room, exam room and in procedure room. Poor interpersonal skills. Seemed unconcerned. Came across as being distant and arrogant.

I have been seeing Dr. Lassiter for three years now. He is always ready to listen, kind and caring.He is wonderful. I am 86 years old, have inoperable advanced spinal stenosis, with attending severely painful issues. Dr. Lassiter has been able to give me relief by injections, giving me the option to have a productive life a bit longer.

I waited two hours past my appointment time with Dr. Laseter, and then left.

Not impressed by him or the employees.

I would highly recommend this doctor!

He is a very caring Dr. he takes up a lot of time with me, to make sure I’m ok an helping with the pain. I would recommend anyone to go to Dr Laseter,

Dr. Laseter, immediately gave me self assurance. The manner in which he conducted his questioning and examination was reassuring that he not only was taking the time to explain but,gave me answers to questions “that I had not even asked yet” or “was it necessary for me to ask them“ because he was going to cover all the bases necessary and he did. He confirmed much of what I suspected and assured me that this is the best course of action for me and my condition. Best of the Best. Thank You!

Dr Laseter is very knowledgeable and helpful. We appreciate his caring for patients. After signing in I did not have to wait to be called back for treatment. Staff also was very caring and followed up to see how I was doing the next day.

Dr. Laseter has taken great care of me for many, many years and I am VERY pleased to have him as my physician! He never rushes me when I have questions. He patiently and thoroughly answers each. His explanations are clear. When he has performed procedures on me, he and/or his office follows up with phone calls and future office visits. Dr. Laseter is kind, thoughtful, thorough and we are blessed and fortunate to have him as one of.our primary doctors. He has a superb staff too.

Medical services are very good, but the coordination between the administration staff is in need of additional training. Very confusing for the Patient

I have been seeing him for 15 yrs. He and his staff have done everything to ensure that I was taken care of. I would not go anywhere else by choice.

I find Dr.Laseter and his staff to be very professional and very interested in my needs. He does everything possible to relieve my pain. Also they make you feel like you are the only patient.

Dr. Laseter took time to listen and he explained each procedure before starting. Excellent bed side manners.

I hear so many people complain about their doctors. Well, if you are a patient of doctor Jeffery Lasseter as I am, you will not have any complaints! In fact, you will find him extremely friendly, polite, easy to make an appointment with and your wait time in his waiting room is short. If you ever need to have spinal injections, Dr. Laseter is the one to go see. He is EXCELLENT and you will always be pleased with his results and demeanor. John R. Elliott, Sr.

He has been my doctor for 18 years is always in a great mood tells it like it is and also if you do what you are told you will get better !!! Would not change doctors for the world i travel from the coast of miss up to him over 300 miles round trip he is wonderful !!!
