Dr. Klein did my cervical spine fusion years ago as a result of a car accident I had. When I first met Dr Klein he was very compassionate he was very caring he explained the procedure in great detail, he did not rush me nor did he put any pressure on me to have the surgery. He was very straight forward, which being a physician myself...I really appreciated it. When I finally decided to have the surgery done, he was assisted by a Nuerosurgeon and the entire team was great. Dr. Klein followed me throughout the entire recuperation period. He didn't rush me... he answered every question I had and he made sure my post-operative care was nothing but great. His staff was also very caring and helped me any way possible. At that time Dr. Klein also mentioned that in the future I may need surgical intervention for my lumbar spine spondylothesis and stenosis problem and now many years later I'm getting to that point where I think I'm going to have to have another consultation meeting with Dr. Klein to see what options I have. I will not let anyone else touch my spine. Again, as a doctor myself I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone...and he has operated on some of my friends and staff throughout the years. Dr. Jeffrey Klein is one doctor I am glad I was referred to. He is competent, compassionate, caring and truly takes an interest in all of his patients. THANK YOU DR KLEIN!!! Dr. Klein is a fabulous surgeon. He is meticulous and thorough and caring. His skill and surgical prowess are impeccable.

Dr. Klein is the best in the City, hands down. He took very good care for my ailing girlfriend before, during, and after her back surgery. He even stayed with the other Surgeon who specializes in this type of surgery during my girlfriend's procedure on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you so much Dr. Klein!

Though a skilled surgeon, Dr. Klein fails his patients if he has the same office manager that he had July-Dec. 2015. The doctor charged me out of pocket above the insurance claim, which I agreed to, but his manager submitted the claim for what I paid out of and threatened when I called to say that they received my check by mistake, which is what I thought. She yelled a lot asking if I wanted her to bill me $32,000 for the operation and refused to reimburse me for the claim.

Dr Kline has a good sense of humor he spend time talking to his patients he makes you feel comfortable during visits and even before surgery he's a good doctor and have a good team in surgery
