Best Dr ever and listened to everything and helped with issues.

Dr. Jundt took me on as a new patient two years ago when I developed an infection in my elbow which started off as inflammatory arthritis. My regular doctor was unable to help me and the pain was excruciating. Through excellent diagnosis and care, Dr. Jundt kept the infection from spreading to the bone and saved my elbow. He is treating my inflammatory arthritis which is giving me the chance to live a normal life. He really cares for his patients and his staff is wonderful, too.

First off Dr. Jundt is wonderful! A very kind and understanding doctor! Extremely smart! His nurse is sweet and kind! However the person you talk to on the phone is rude, down grading, unfriendly and in no way represents Dr. Jundt’s philosophy on patient care! Expect to be treated rude and short on the phone!

Dr. Jundt is an excellent doctor, but not available. You are handed off the the PA's in the office and the one I have doesn't seem to have the time or concern for the issues I need addressed. I have gone to my Primary care doctor to receive treatment for my auto immune disease flare up that was neglected by the PA Elaine blows me off every time. Labs work ups are a bare minimum not the full work ups that Jundt usually would have ordered, that would have caught the issues I was having. Been going to this practice for over 10 years and the past two years it has not been the same.

One of the very best physicians I have ever had the privilege to meet. He has been a true God send. I have been one of his patients for the last two years and can’t say enough, I went from not being able to walk because of pain and was in bed most of the time. Walking my dog again. Thank you for all you have done to help me.

I have been seeing Dr Jundt for over five years. My primary provider was Laura, whom I absolutely loved! The office staff, nurses and PA’s along with Dr Jundt are caring and professional. I cannot imagine going to another doctor for my RA. I trust this office and highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring office!

My husband is in the ER right now, undergoing treatment for what Dr. Jundt diagnosed as a 'superficial blood clot' by looking at it. He ordered no tests, no treatment. I'm not going into detail here, but it was NOT a superficial blood clot. Not going to this doctor again any time soon, that's for sure!

I am glad to be a patient here, and not elsewhere. I always feel like I am the only patient (EA)

I have been a patient with Dr Jundt for several years. I love him and his staff. They are all very friendly, caring and professional. Although it's true many of the office staff come and go, it's expected living in a military town. However professionalism and caring seem to be a part of the hiring process.

The best dr I ever had! With his background, willingness to fight for his patients, understanding, compassion, explaining clearly w no sugar coating in regards to medicine & or treatment. His patient is his main concern!! !

I drive from Waco to see my rheumatologist, Dr. Jundt. I was using him in the late 1980's when he was in Temple at S&W to treat my Lupus. I lived in N.M. for 15 years, but I came back to Waco and to the best rheumatologist in the Waco-Killeen area to treat my severe osteoporosis and rheumatoid arthritis. He is caring and genuinely concerned about my every ailment, and he treats with the entire body in mind. I also have scoliosis, and I would not entrust my health to any other rheumatologist in anybody's big medical center. Hands down, he is the best care giver.

He eyeballed my husband's leg at last week's appointment and decided that it was a 'superficial blood clot'. He ordered no tests, prescribed no treatment. My husband is now in the ER, and while I'm not going into his medical details, it was NOT a superficial blood clot.

The entire staff is awesome and very very friendly. We enjoy coming to the office

This doctor and staff are excellent! I have nothing but praise for him and people who help him.

Dr. Jeffrey Jundt and his nurses and other medical professionals have been my Rhuematologist for over 10 years. The doctor himself is quiet, gentle, caring, has one of the best bedside manners I have ever seen, is highly trained in his specialty, is a research doctor as well from what I was told, knows his stuff, is excellent at diagnosing, and is professional at all times. His trained nurses are great as well. His office staff seems to be a whole different group than I was there for years. I am still on the fence about them. They don't appear as kind, and sweet as the ones who are no longer there. I had to remind them that I needed blood work done that was on the paper that the woman filed without even looking at it. When I brought it up, she said, oh you want that done? Well, it was what the nurse that saw me wanted done. It was odd, and no one seemed to smile much at all to any patients. I'm really hoping it's gotten better since the last visit. Again the doctor and nurses are great though. Very educational & caring visits. Had been seeing a specialist in Lubbck that started out good, then I just saw the PA only for 2 yrs. This is a very welcome change. Would highly recommend this office & Dr Jundt over almost any doctor I have seen in years.

Leave my appointments feeling more depressed than when I went in. He talks about himself the whole appointment. Doesn’t listen or let me discuss my concerns. Told me twice I should just take a rope. I have not had any positive outcomes from any of my appointments with him. but he is the only rheumatologist my insurances covers. I’ve had enough and will be expanding my search.

Does not listen to or address any of my questions or concerns. Constantly talks down on me in my appointments. Leave my appointments feeling worse than when I went in.

I cannot day enough about Dr Jundt and his practice. I am so blessed to have found this practice when I came here to help my daughter and her family. Dr Jundt and his entire staff will go above and beyond to help you. You may have to wait a bit, but that is because Dr Jundt will never rush you. He will answer all questions!! He is extremely kind and caring. This practice is so important to me, this community and all those who travel here for treatment. I am so grateful!!

Dr. Jundt is a very kind and caring doctor. He is very knowledgeable in his filed and takes his time with you to answer every question you have. My teenage daughter sees him and she loves him as he talks to her not just to me about her. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Jundt is my daughter’s rheumatologist and such a blessing from the Lord! We are very pleased with his caring attitude and thorough care. My friend, who also sees Dr. Jundt, also has high praise for his care since he has sorted things out others could not. He is worth both the drive. We are very thankful for both he and his caring staff and highly recommend them!

Dr. Jundt is an amazing physician. I have been to too many doctors and specialists to count and he is one of the very few who takes the time to truly listen and explain. He is very highly recommended.

I go to my schedule appt. I was told at check out I owe $18 + $86 for injection.i already paid 35,Asked why.i didn't pay that in Aug for injections. You have balance 104 I asked talk to office manger oshe comes with 2 other people b/c I was ANGRY. . Dr jundt comes now 4 ppl to 1 of me. Got certified letter saying he won't be Dr b/c my bad behavior toward his staff and him. If I knew it would cost $140 each time I wouldn't have done it. Office staff doesn't communicate w/ patients.

Dr. Jundt has giving me instant relief from injections to my hip, he has the ability to give an injection with even knowing you have been given the injection. I will recommend Dr. Jundt and give him 5star rating out of 5.

My primary physician referred me to Dr. Jundt and I am ever so grateful. My hands were in great pain. After blood test and an X-ray to make sure the medication would help and not harm, he started me on a treatment for my rheumatoid arthritis. He took plenty of time to explain what my problem is and how we would treat it, precautions I need to be aware of, He made surethat I have a clear grasp on my situation. I have great confidence in Dr. Jundt. Well worth my two hour drive!

Dr. Jundt is extremely knowledgeable and I trust his insight. He's very open to what I have to say and I feel that he takes my feelings into consideration.

Examination, x-rays, etc. done as if by rote and inadequate resulting in repeating the procedures. Closed mind to the possibility of multiple conditions. Automatic "osteoarthritis" diagnoses. Office fax system problems that they say is my problem. As relayed to me by the nurse on the third visit (I didn't get to see Dr. Jundt)..."...Dr. Jundt says he has nothing more for you but maybe some pain management." Refused to read a list of joint/muscle pains and aches. I will not go back.

I waited Over 3-4 weeks for this appointment then changed the date of the appointment in due time. And because I asked if I could bee squeezed in because I have been in unbearable pain I received a letter saying I was rude to staff and he won't see me. LET THE TRUTH BE TOLD. I have someone else who says they refuse to see them as well. I don't think he like my kind.I feel I have a right to be upset when I make a appointment after waiting for several weeks and the office calls and says he had a emergency and by the way you have to wait another 2-3 weeks. ALL I ASKED WAS IF I COULD BE SQUEESED IN.!!! And I would chat with him about it when I seen him so I guess they figured they would LIE on me.. It was his office manger. One of the best rheumatologists you can find!

God bless Dr. Jundt and his staff! I was in excruciating pain when I got there and out of pain within 48 hours. We still have a way to go but I am positive that I am in good hands.

Dr. Jundt is thoughtful, engaging, thorough and friendly. He has helped me with my arthritis and has helped me to avoid chemo. Love coming to see him.

Outstanding physician. I was so angry for having a radial carpal tunnel surgery from a surgeon that left it open, to heal on its own rather than to stitch it close. I had severe pain and deformed finger that made the other arm and hand become weak and painful. Dr. William S. Marsh my pain specialist referred me to Dr. Jundt because of the wound that would not heal and to discover underlying cause of severe body, neck, legs and arms. Dr. Jundt is so comprehensive he found my heart valve problems

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Jundt. He has helped me more over the past year than I've ever been helped with my condition. Friendly, knowledgeable, and he cares about you as a patient. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing a rheumatologist.

The drive is well worth the trip, Dr. Jundt and his PA Jenny are wonderful! Thorough, friendly, caring, and supported by great staff. I had to change drs due to ins, but would go back to him in a heartbeat if he accepted Tricare, again.

Dr Jundt is a wonderful man. He is very knowledgable and friendly. He got me in right away when I couldn't move my hands and helped me immediately. I was able to go back to work right away.

FANTASTIC Rheumatologists! I would recommend Dr. Jundt to anyone suffering with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have seen many Dr.'s over the years but have found Dr. Jundt to be one of the most caring I've had. I have also seen Neil Moody and he has been just as great! My Arthritis has caused a lot damage to my body over the years. With Neil's extensive knowledge of the disease and medications, he was able to prescribe the drug that would best help me personally, preventing further damage . I can't express enough how much I appreciate the care that I have been given through Dr. Jundt's office. FANTASTIC Rheumatologists! Dr. Jundt is the most amazing Dr. I have ever been treated by. He devoted enough time to listen to my needs, questioned me enough to find out details to determine problems and causes and was very caring and considerate. I feel confident I will receive the best care with him and am so glad to be his patient. Dr. Jundt took the time to explain what I have been experiencing and why and seems to be extremely intelligent and informative.

He is one of the most down to earth and smartest doctors that I have seen. I have severe fibromyalgia and they have treated me realistically. I will drive as far as I have to to be his patient!

Dr. Jundt and his staff actually (gasp) took the time to really listen to and evaluate my symptoms. Dr. Jundt is one of the most caring doctors I have ever had the privilege of seeing. He is truly concerned about cares about you. He will find out what is wrong with you and get you a diagnosis. He will also handle other issues you bring forth. He takes his time with you and is not going to leave you hanging. Love him!
