I want to preface this review by saying this is a review of office staff not the doctor. I am supposed to have surgery in a few months and am excited to have this doctor work on me. However, I have been having very poor experience with the office staff Melody. I have gotten HORRIBLE response no answer or extremely delayed response to questions I have had regarding my surgery. I do not feel comfortable about everything due to this. I am posting under a different account as I don't want this to tarnish my relationship with the practice. I will update my review accordingly. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Jumaily for the excellent face lift job that he performed on me. Also I would like to thank Dr. Jumaily and staff for their kindness, caring, and reassurance before and after the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Jumaily to family and friends.

I had hairline lowering surgery back in May & i’m now 4 months in with my new head lol. I was extremely anxious but Dr. Jumaily was able to answer all my questions. I had a virtual consultation and he explained the procedure to me thoroughly. After my consultation I stayed in contact with Melody who also answered all my questions. I’d definitely recommend Dr. Jeffrey Jumaily and his team. Post surgery Dr. Jumaily was always there incase I had any concerns or questions as to how my incision was healing. For the surgery itself I would say it depends on yourself to determine your pain tolerance. For me it was a good 7 when it came to showering besides that with tylenol it was a 4/5. Showering was a little difficult the first 3 days after that it gets better. My whole face was swollen and I had bruises around my eyes but after the first week it started to come down. As the swelling came down I would get random headaches and stings on my head. It is bearable. After 2 weeks I was able to go back to work. I was still a little swollen but it wasn’t noticeable. I did have blood in my eyes for about a month but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, i’m happy with the results and a lot more confident. Thanks. Dr. Jumaily is amazing. His bedside manner is outstanding his staff is incredible. He walked me through the procedure and was there every step of the way. Not only did he meet my expectations he far exceeded them. On June 13, 2019, I had surgery for chin (prejowl) and jaw augmentation with facial surgeon, Jeffrey Jumaily, MD of Beverly Hills, and unfortunately had a terrible experience from the recovery on the jaw to the aesthetic results and would not recommend this plastic surgeon. After going through everything that I've gone through with the jaw augmentation, I made the decision to remove the jaw (mandible)implants in order to restore my quality of life. I could not eat or even bite down without experiencing jaw pain on the right side. When Dr. Jumaily ordered a CT scan to better understand why I was having pain, I discovered (from the CT photos and CT report) that the right side screw (to secure it into place) was not showing screwed into the bone which in my opinion may have explained why the right side looked wider (disfigured in my opinion) than the left. Dr. Jumaily was kind enough to offer to adjust the implants, however after consulting with another facial plastic surgeon on a second opinion, it validated the decision that I had made of not going through with getting any kind of adjustments from Dr. Jumaily or even have this doctor operate on my face again for that matter (with exception of removing mandible implants). I also explained to Dr. Jumaily I will get my chin augmentation redone somewhere else because of how it turned out with him. My negative experience with Dr. Jumaily and filler placed in my tear trough Before my wedding, I met with Dr. Jumaily to have filler placed under my eyes, in the tear trough area. I was expecting a minor tweak, as I only needed a touch up. My normal doctor was away on vacation, and so impulsively I made an appointment with Dr. Jumaily when he was in Toronto, as I had a positive experience with him in the past. I had heard that he practiced in Beverly Hills, and so naively I assumed that he must be exceptional. Sadly, the results were horrible. Initially, I had thought that it could be swelling, as only my right eye appeared to be excessively full. The under eye area extending from my eye right to my tear trough was full, and it looked like a swollen and enlarged kidney bean. The eye area meeting the cheek was also overfilled. Dr. Jumaily prescribed me prednisone and furosemide (Lasix). It became clear after a course of this medication that it was not swelling, and that Dr. Jumaily had placed too much product in both eyes. When the swelling subsided the right eye area remained the same, except I could also see there was an abundance of product placed above my cheekbone. I also noted that the left eye was also enlarged from being overfilled. As the results were extremely poor, and there would be no easy resolution, I postponed my wedding. We did not want anyone to think that my partner had assaulted me! I tried to work with Dr. Jumaily to have my concerns addressed as I wanted to believe that it was a one-time error. I had to push for him to accommodate me into his schedule; he did one injection of hyaluronidase at the centre where he did surgery. He was again not available and so he arranged for a nurse to do another injection of hyaluronidase, which she did for both eyes. Sadly, I was so overfilled that I still have not had any resolution. I made an appointment with him yesterday but he was running so far behind schedule, and I had come on my lunch hour that I had to leave. Dr. Jumaily did seem apologetic, however, it did not translate into him attempting to resolve this issue. Words are nothing of not complemented by actions! Dr. Jumaily was going back to Beverly Hills for a week, and he was not able to see me prior to leaving. I spoke with Dr. Jumaily about a refund, who advised me to speak Melody, at his Beverly Hills clinic. Melody is super nice! However, before they would issue me a refund, she forwarded me a non-disclosure agreement and she tried to downplay as an agreement to protect our privacy. While I am not a wealthy person, I have integrity, and that struck me as being highly immoral that in order for me to obtain a refund I have to censor myself. I actually would have never posted anything about my experience, but when I was sent this form it had me questioning how many others he must have silenced after they had a negative result because they needed the money to be able to have a corrective procedure performed. At the end of the day, I tried to give Dr Jumaily the benefit of the doubt by trying to work with him to resolve the issue. I am sure that like many other surgeons, Dr. Jumaily and his team read these boards (and probably also inflate reviews). I am not saying that others should not go and see him, but I would say to proceed with caution, as I had a very bad result. Specifically, if you are seeing him in Toronto, please know that he may not have the time to rectify any issues since his main practice is in Beverly Hills. If Dr. Jumaily is reading this, please obtain additional training around fillers so that others are not botched like I was! I feel stressed trying to find another doctor to rectify this mess. Fingers crossed someone will be able to fix this mess. Right now, my left eye is still overfilled under the eye area and along the cheekbone and that eye looks dark in colour due to the protrusion of the filler. Update: I went to another Dr in Toronto and he flooded my undereye area with hylarunidase. As the swelling is going down it looks so much better. On Friday April 24,2020 Dr. Jumaily performed a lower face lift, facial peel and neck. After 3 weeks I look amazing. Dr. Jumaily is amazing and takes great pride in his work. He is available to all his patients 24/7. His team is awesome. This was an early 60th birthday present to myself (July). Thank you Dr. Jumaily will never ever be enough. Dr. Jumaily and his team were incredible. I was provided with support every step of the way. I received my procedure a week ago and am already esctatic with the results. It is exactly the aesthetic I was going for and I couldn't be happier. Prior to the surgery, I exchanged probably 100 emails with Dr. Jumaily's team and received prompt, helpful responses with every inquiry. Surgery is traumatic and especially with facial surgery, it's hard not seeing yourself when you look in the mirror. It's so crucial to find a surgeon that balances self-confidence and ability with empathy and patience. Dr. Jumaily is extremely professional and takes the time needed to achieve the aesthetic goal. After our in-person consultation, he actually provided an alternative way of completing the procedure that I hadn't even considered and am ultimately happier with. Dr jumaily is Amazing! My lip lift looks very natural, no one could ever tell! It didn't hurt at all and recovery time was very minimal. Highly recommended! I am extremely thankful to Mr. Jumaily and his team of professionals for the tactful, personal, deeply caring, detailed approach to my treatment and a bold request for a total makeover... I underwent multiple procedures -all - in one day and was moved and pleasantly surprised at how much care and support I had received in abundance. Dr. Jumaily and his team was every step of the way with me in my fist days and weeks of post-sergical recovery, throughout and in a month after it. I am now totally recovered, and feel like i got a new lease on life. My face looks 10 years yonger, prettier and fresher, my friends and collegues make pleasing complements. I’ve always wanted a little plump on my lips but was always afraid it would hurt and look weird since it was my first time getting lip fillers. Finding the right doctor to trust in injecting fillers can be hard but I found a great doctor who asked what I wanted my lips to look like and answered all my questions . Dr. Jumaily was very nice and very informative. I told him I wanted natural looking lips and just wanted a bit of volume. Dr. Jumaily used Juvederm Ultra XC. Dr. Jumaily did such an amazing job !! My lips look so gorgeous and full. I had no pain when getting the lip fillers. I did have a bit a bruising for a day or two and swelling as well, but after icing it the swelling went down. I am so happy that I decided to go with Dr. Jumaily to get my fillers , I really love my lips and I’m always excited to wear my lipstick on my luscious lips. I saw Dr. Jeffrey Jumaily for a forehead reduction last month. I had a very pleasant experience with Dr . Jumaily and his staff. As an out of town patient he was accommodating and his staff were kind and always available if I needed help. He presented himself in a professional manner and was very approachable. He took his time explaining the procedure ensuring he fully understood my goals and gave honest and realistic recommendations. The results of the procedure perfectly matched what we had discussed. After the procedure, I was able to contact Dr. Jumaily and his team at any time. A few days after the appt, I had to fly home and he frequently followed up to make sure I was healing well and didn’t have any concerns. The incision line healed well and is not visible. Growing up, I had issues breathing due to the natural structure of my nose. I was also insecure because I felt my nose wasn't structurally strong in appearance and was teased a lot in school. It was especially obvious when I spoke, so I was oppressed by my insecurity and never felt comfortable speaking to someone up close. I also had nose bleeds which didn't make things any better. I lived many years with this issue and was severely depressed. I did some research and spoke to many doctors and that is how I ran into Dr. Jeffrey Jumaily. I made an appointment for a consultation with his awesome assistant Melody, who is an angel incarnate; She always made me smile every time I would come in or speak with her on the phone. They really have a wonderful staff. It is definitely a judgement free zone! Dr.Jumaily is a brilliant and kind doctor. He is the best listener, and makes you feel comfortable enough to talk to him about your concerns. His keen observation and his problem solving mind along with my concerns bought clarity and comfort like no other into my life. I found out I had a deviated septum which was affecting my breathing and increased my chances of nose bleeds.
