Dr. James and his staff are great. They listen to and address your individual needs, never poo-pooing, making inaccurate assumptions, judging or rushing the patient. They aren't sexist or practice ageism, something I experience a LOT from doctors. He's willing to support the patient's treatment preferences and gives information to make an educated decision rather than pushing hesitant patients. They are just excellent!

Great care is always provided. I'm not going anywhere else.

This man is a gem. I honestly wish I would have found him a long time ago. He knows Ive got some pretty bad muscle/nerve related issues and anytime I have an injury that im concerned about which unfortunately happens often, I know I can go to him and hes not going to gaslight me (which happens alot, especially to eds and hsd patients) and check me over to make sure everything is good. Hes caring and intelligent when it comes to biomechanics which is huge in my book. He was actually the first doctor to notice my hypermobility without me saying and he identified my ill behaving scalpula. These identifications are important to know so you know exactly what you need to be working on to rehabilitate. He is exactly what a doctor should be.

Great experience, I was quickly taken back to a room within a minute of completing paperwork upon arrival. The assistant gathered initial information and within a few minutes Dr. James was in to see me. I felt he was thorough in his examination and he explained things in a understandable way. Within 5 minutes of that I was conducting imaging to confirm his diagnosis, and the office team tracked down a provider for further action quickly. Very impressed!

Prompt, professional, thorough, and easily understood in providing me the cause of my discomfort. Was able to diagnose the problem and isolated it as the hip impingement which required a cortisone shot. Relief was experienced within 24 hours as Dr. James suggested. Good outcome!

Office could be a little bit cozier and receptionist should look at you

I had an expectation of what would take place during that appointment, and it did. Just waiting to see if it worked. (Injections)

They were very busy so I had a little wait. But the experience was wonderful. Just what I expect when I see anyone in this group.

I recently joined premier health and am very satisfied with how I am treated. I've had too many providers in the past that are more concerned with rushing through the appointment and get upset when I have questions. In the premier health system I've only dealt with a couple people and thier teams plus admin support staff and have been treated with care and respect by everyone. Thank you for hiring people who care!

Got an appointment quickly and was in and out with everything I needed. Appreciate Dr. James thoroughness.

My only issue is that after my injection I had a painful and unexpected reaction and was unable to talk to anyone at the office. I just got recordings to leave a message and someone would get back to me in 24 hours. I was scared and luckily have a primary care physician that I could call and get answers and advise on my symptoms. It seems that someone should be available at the office for emergency situations. Otherwise have had great experiences.

I feel that Dr. James listens fully when I described my issue. He is very professional and knowledgeable.

Dr. James was very thorough. He answered all my questions, explained my x-rays, and discussed treatment options.

Not friendly except the xray tech. Everyone else was very unfriendly. I was in pain and the nurse at check in walked VERY fast and did not interact at all. So she does not care at all about patients or pain level. I would guess lots of patients are having some pain.

Never called me to set up a MRI appointment OH well I'll look elsewhere.

Dr James and the entire staff is first class. The process is smooth and totally seamless.

I've had these injections from several providers at previous locations. I think it's worth noting that Dr. James' technique is careful and slow, so it's overall less painful during and after the Gel 1 injection. Thank you!

I needed to see the doctor as soon as possible for a suspected bone break. The receptionist got me in within the hour and I was taken care of another hour later. Everyone was kind and attentive.

My son was frightened due to this being his first injury like this. Doctor kept referring to my son as big...'he's so big we can't really tell what happen until we see film. He's so big it's hard to tell etc.' I really didn't appreciate the was he kept saying that to us as our son is fist line tackle in football....and sensitive. It was not cool. It was offensive. It was extremely insensitive for the doctor to have keep on saying that repeatedly. We know our son is a big guy. He's also sensitive and a child. I didn't appreciate the doctor referencing this at least 3 times. Extremely offensive and insensitive. DISAPPOINTED AND HURT!

Dr James was a hoot! I had two steroid injections and his technique was painless. He answered my questions and I did not feel rushed. He is awesome!

I appreciated Dr James doing this procedure in the office. I realize that Premier pushes these procedures to be done in the OR for the revenue it will provide even though it far more inconvenient and costly to the patient. As a patient I find this offensive. A procedure that can be done in the office is more comfortable and economic for the patient. I am very grateful to Dr James for putting my comfort first. He is an excellent physician.
