Dr Hutcheson and team are fantastic. I was in pain, called they worked me into their day. Determined my treatment, gave me a referral, called the referral and set my appointment, way beyond the call of duty. I hope you don't need to see a Endodontist, but if you do call Dr. Hutcheson.

Had to get my first root canal recently, and had just moved to Charlotte. When looking at reviews, I decided to go to Dr. Hutcheson to perform the procedure. I can confidently say that my visit exceeded expectations. I was a bit nervous going in, but Dr. Hutcheson and his staff were kind, professional, and on top of things. I felt like they genuinely cared about my well-being, and that I was in good hands. First they double checked to make sure I had a root canal, then he explained what he would be doing during the procedure. It went smoothly in the expected amount of time, and I felt minimal, if any, pain. I hope not to have another root canal, but if it happens again, I will definitely be returning to Dr. Hutcheson. The people are wonderful and made sure I was comfortable my root canal was painless, slow and steady if you need a root canal or anything this is the place to be .

I have the worst anxiety when I need to get any kind of dental work done. I’ve even needed to be sedated to do a cleaning because I just couldn’t handle anything. But Dr. Hutcheson was AMAZING. Saw me with no appointment. Just called ahead with issue of a root canal infection. Took care of infection. Went back two weeks later and infection gone. Tooth was filled. Nurse is extra caring. Unparalleled customer service! The entire staff is amazing!

There was a welcoming feeling from the start. From the lady at the front desk, the assistant that reassured me through the procedure and the dentist himself. I was never in pain or uncomfortable. Afterwards, the pain was not bad at all. I couldn’t chew on that side of my mouth for about a week but I never really had a lot of pain. Today I went to have a root canal done. I had a wonderful experience. I did not feel anything! And I didn’t want to feel anything either. I have been very fearful of dentist and this is why my tooth got to this point. No more fear for me. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Hutcheson. Everyone that I came in contact with in his office was very kind and excellent.

GREAT dentist and staff! I had to have a root canal. I am a person who is petrified to get a dental cleaning. Dr. Hutcheson and his dental hygienist talked me through each step to let me know what they were doing and the instruments used. It was not painful at all and had no issues. Wonderful staff and clinician. Honest & respectful. Another provider told my husband he needed root canals. Dr. Hutcheson said no, he just needed a crown and referred us to another wonderful clinician. Customer service at it's best.

Such a great experience! I have been putting off getting a root canal done for well over a year, mainly because of the stories you hear of how painful the procedure is. Dentists in the past have had issues getting my jaw numb enough for a filling, so that has NEVER been a good experience. So clearly, I had some reservations about a root canal. I told Dr. Hutcheson about my prior experiences, and went ahead and scheduled the procedure. I have to say, that the entire process was a breeze!! He made it so painless and did a fantastic job! Most caring, passionate and professional dentist. I was in a lot of pain and I went to see dr Hutcheson who got me in fairly quickly and informed me I needed a root canal. I went back to his office the next day got my root canal and didn't feel a thing. Dr Hutcheson and his staff put me at ease. Throughout the entire procedure, dr Hutcheson kept asking if I was ok. True professional! I recommend anyone needing a root canal to see him. And did I mention how awesome his staff is?

He is awesome!! I was in and out so fast. I was in tears walking into his office because of the pain and he made sure everything was all good before I left and the ladies up front were super compassionate as well. Really happy with this place.

I have had more root canals here than I care to count. Dr. Hutcheson is an excellent endodontist and pricing is very reasonable. He is a kind and compassionate man and his staff are friendly and helpful.
