I wanted to give an updated review since I recently had my BBL with Dr. Horowitz in 3/23. In regards to bedside manner, he is so nice, and very knowledgeable. I was at ease as soon as he walked into the surgical room to speak with me and mark me up. He was honest, and said that I would need a tummy tuck as well (which I will be getting with him). But, so encouraging and I felt like I was in great hands. He’s attentive and listens to patients. I love my results so far, however I’m swollen and only time will tell. I’ll give an updated review in 3 months time of my results. I would suggest anyone that is scheduling with Dr. Horowitz to be patient, the location is brand new and there is a bit of a disconnect with the head Mia office in Miami that does the scheduling. However, I can’t say enough good things and how customer oriented the staff were at the Baltimore location. I hope this helps the next person! I can't express how thrilled and happy I am with the results of my surgery.  I had been contemplating plastic surgery for a year and consulted with several other offices, however they were impersonal and I always left feeling unsure if plastic surgery was the right choice.  After meeting with Dr. Horowitz and his staff I no longer had any doubts and I knew I would be in excellent hands.  Dr. Horowitz answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns and took his time explaining the procedures, expectations and possible complications of the surgery.  He has a very comforting, easy going, down to earth bedside manner that puts you at ease, making it easier to ask those uncomfortable questions. The office staff are wonderful!  Professional and welcoming from the 1st phone call to the last appointment.  The office manager Michelle is readily available to help you on this journey and encourages you to call/text/email at any time.  A few weeks prior to surgery there was a slight hiccup (on my end) and I had to email Michelle in a panic.  She got back to me right away with several different options, and continued to follow up with me offering assistance and support. The hiccups didn't stop and two days post op I had a "cat jumped on my stomach and blew some of my stitches" incident.  Dr. Horowitz met me back in his office Sunday afternoon to assess the damage and provide wound care himself.  Dr. Horowitz closely monitored this area and continued to provide wound care until it was completely healed. That was not the last time I had to contact him during off hours.  Sunday the 4th of July I sent him a text around 9pm and within minutes he called me back.  I was in his office the next day at 830am.  I apologized profusely for pulling him away from his holiday but Dr. Horowitz once again put me at ease.  He genuinely cares and wants the best possible outcome for his patients. His work is meticulous and exquisite, showing his passion for the profession.  He is extremely knowledgeable and his extensive background in medicine and art makes him a cut above the rest.  Several times he told me "I have a special technique for that, so we don't have to worry about that complication".  I am 2.5 months post op and I LOVE my results!  Without hesitation I highly recommend Dr. Horowitz and his staff!  I can't imagine going anywhere else for my cosmetic needs. As a patient being referred to this office for bilateral silicone implants rupture, my condition was not taken seriously. The "MA" at the front desk made my diagnosis and billing codes and made the determination that my insurance would NOT cover my implant removal without even calling them. I called my insurance from the parking lot and my insurance absolutely would have covered this procedure. I didn't even get to see the doctor, he didn't review my MRI results NOTHING. The front office staff is not the surgeon and has no business making these judgment calls. This silicone leakage is causing real medical problems and she even mocked my doctor for diagnosing silicone toxicity. The "MA" that is running that office has ONE focus in mind and thats how deep your pockets are. She couldn't care less about you as a person. Dr. H is awesome. I really must say if you want a doctor who is totally honest, sincere and right on point with his skills; you better give him a call. I searched for an entire year for a doctor who can give me what I thought I wanted. He gave me exactly what I needed. He was honest and not about that $$$. Now I’m not implying he’s cheap but very reasonable for MD and its all about you first and the money is discuss after the fact. I met with him several times to discuss me and my health beforehand. It was all a part of the consultation and you can’t beat that. The results are amazing. He gave me all the good, bad and ugly and it was so real. I have been going to Doc Horowitz for almost 2 years now for Botox injections. I am an upper 30s female trying to stave off a family history of wrinkles, especially the angry brow look. Have been incredibly pleased. He doesn't push Botox for things that can't be treated with Botox and has always been honest and open about expected results. Been window shopping for quite a few years for an excellent certified plastic surgeon that was in my own state. Finally decided to go ahead with it, had few consults then the pandemic put a stop to the process. Disappointed but that actually gave me time to find the one and only Dr. Jeff Horowitz of Bel Air and his phenomenal staff!!! From initial consult to my first post op appointment, they all have been NOTHING but extraordinary. I saw Dr. H to have a suspicious mole removed on my head. If it is possible to say, the experience was actually pleasant. His office is beautiful, his staff is friendly and accommodating, I felt very little during the procedure, and I truly felt I was in good hands.

Dr Horowitz is very friendly and super knowledgeable. His staff is fantastic. The atmosphere is friendly and caring. Will be going back again and again.

Today was my 3rd visit w Dr. H. I am so very comfortable w him and Michelle. We did botox today and a facelift consult. I trust Dr. H so much I never need to go see anyone else. I feel right at home. Definitely suggest a meeting w them and I guarantee you will feel the same. No extra selling and nothing but the truth.

I have received two non surgical treatments from Ashley. Ashley is honest, not pushing products or procedures and offering only the best products and treatments for my individual needs and wants. After consultations with other surgeons I chose Dr. Horowitz to perform a brow lift and blepharoplasty (eye lift) and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE RESULTS!! Dr. Horowitz and staff have been very professional, helpful and quick to address any questions or concerns throughout my entire experience. As for the results - I was terrified I would look different or have that SURPRISED LOOK! Dr. Horowitz reassured me that he did not want any of these outcomes either and it was his job to make sure that I looked brighter and well rested so to speak! Dr. Horowitz is the most amazing surgeon! I was extremely hesitant about getting breast augmentation. Because of recovery time, appearance of the implants, side effects, etc. But after nursing my two girls, I became very insecure with how my breasts looked, so I looked into it. Dr. Horowitz made me feel so comfortable with everything, and only wanted me to go to a size that made ME happy. So I showed him a picture of myself, pre-children, and he gave me outstanding advice on size, shape, etc. Two months later, I have never looked back. Recently had a surgical procedure at Harford County Ambulatory Surgical Center with Dr. Jeff Horowitz as the surgeon. I must give Dr. Horowitz a five star rating due to his professionalism, expertise and attention to detail. Dr. Horowitz established direct open communication if I needed his immediate attention or followup. I will be posting in about three months to assess the quality of the surgery, if there were any problems or complications and how they were handled. I was so nervous about just going to a consultation but the office, his staff and dr. Horowitz himself were so amazing that I made an appointment for surgery before leaving. I'm now recovering and extremely pleased already! He made me feel very comfortable and I would recommend him to anyone! He's' definitely worth 5 stars :)

I am one week post op and while I can't elaborate on final results yet I am loving it so far! The Office Manager Michele is beyond accommodating. She and the Dr. will address your concerns after hours which is very important because you are investing your money and I can assure you this office provides excellent customer service. If you want to feel safe and secure this is the place! You don't need to travel to South Florida or out of the country for procedures. I was very hesitant about my procedure. Dr. Horowitz answered all of my questions and gave me realistic expectations. He was attentive and made me feel like I was his only patient. He was never too busy to take my calls; professional yet friendly. His entire staff are amazing! I was more than pleased with my results and would not hesitate to visit him again. Excellent Surgeon who is meticulous. He doesn't make unrealistic promises or try to skimp on procedures to save you money but cost you good results. For this type of stuff it was important to me to do it right the first time. 5 star recommendation.

Dr. Horowitz cares strongly for his patients' well being. Most of the time, you would expect a surgeon to ignore you after he had completed his work. Dr. Horowitz made himself available to answer questions for me especially when I had some healing issues three months post op. I was nervous about cost since my insurance would not cover my surgery. Dr. Horowitz came in well below what I expected to pay and also helped me with a payment plan. The staff who assisted Dr. Horowitz were also great as I was somewhat anxious about being under anesthesia for so long and not being at a hospital.
