I called to make an appointment and spoke to the rudest lady possible. I pretty much was told that I was unable to make an appointment due to a referral that the receptionist was too lazy just to look up. Pretty sad that poor office staff can ruin the experience so easily. I would rather not even waste my time going here and go elsewhere. I am giving this office a 1 star rating simply because I was unable to schedule appointment. I have a referral from Health Net Federal Services and the lady I spoke with refused to schedule me without Irwin Army Community Hospital contacting them. I assured her I have an approval and would be more then willing to sign a medical release form for them to request my records from Irwin and she refused. She turned me away and basically told me if they didn't contact them even though I have a referral I would be considered self referring and have to pay out of pocket. I work in a specialty clinic and if I ever did this to someone I am sure I would have certainly received some sort of reprimand. This lady who works for the physician surely doesn't care to help people in their time of need. I was really looked forward to visiting with Dr. Fajardo because I need this issue resolved but will look to another facility now. I am giving this office a 1 star rating simply because I was unable to schedule appointment. This is a terrible clinic and he has terrible staff. The office messed up 4 times in less than 2 weeks and instead of a sincere apology they said if we weren't happy we could go somewhere else. The doctor lied to his staff and twice told us he would set up appointments and never did. He failed to prescribe needed medications and I had to tell his staff several times that my husband was not due for testing for several weeks after his surgery. They didn't read his chart and did what they wanted.
