Dr. Jeffrey Walker Dongieux

This guy is a shyster. He fails to get approval from our insurer before performing a , thereby making us financially responsible for the procedure. We tell him we are appealing to the insurer. He then sends his bill to an incorrect address. We don't get the bill and he turns us into collection. Nice. No phone call before collection? I ended up having to pay a fee to the collection agency for the courtesy of them not totally destroying my husband's credit rating. I would avoid this guy at all costs. BBB has my complaint.

Highly recommend for oral surgery!! Dr. Dongieux and staff were very polite and professional. They went above and beyond to insure I was well taken care of throughout my visit. My procedure went great with minimal down time. Best in the area for sure!

Dr. Dongieux was excellent in the care of our daughter when she had her wisdom teeth extracted. He even took the time to text later in the day to check on her.

Terrible with dealing with patients with great anxiety. Doctor and staff were extremely rude about patient being anxious for surgery. Did nothing to calm down patient, instead was extremely rude and yelled at patient. Wouldn't give patient time to calm down.
