Ascension Seton has had a terrible detrimental influence on OACT. They do not answer the phone. They say "press 1 to leave message for call back". Dr. DeLoach said their scheduler Stefany Garza would be in touch to schedule a treatment for pain. It has been a full week - Monday to Monday and no call. I called Wednesday and left a message still no news. They send me e-mail that my reports are on line, but my account has not been authorized. Left message for IT to contact me. I had been dealing with a bad back for nearly 20 years when I met Dr. Deloach. I would regularly throw my back out doing nothing at all. I’d throw it out just getting out of bed and then be pretty much incapacitated for a week. It was ridiculous. I missed out on so much over the years…time with the kiddo, etc. I went to two doctors before finding Dr. Deloach and neither were able to help me. I told Dr. Deloach I was willing to try anything. He recommended that I consider a simple, outpatient procedure on each side of my lower back (radiofrequency I think?). I agreed and we set the date for the first procedure. After the first one I had ZERO PAIN! I literally cried when I got home because I had forgotten what it felt like to be without back pain. A few weeks later I went ahead and had the second one done as well for good measure. I believe that was around two years and I am still completely pain free! Five Stars All Day Long!

I had a procedure done by him in the surgery center, the surgery center and nursing staff was awsome. If I could give him any advise it would be when you come in to a procedure and the patient is face down (unable to see anything) on the table ACKNOWLEDGE the patient. He talked to the nurses the whole time and I wasnt even sure it was him. ...hmmmm!! I understand about doctors running an hour late...no apologies....just acknowledge it. I usually do not take the time to write reviews. I verbalize my gratitude in person. I read one review that highlighted this doctor's rudeness and how he "talked down" to that person. That is what I experienced! I am always going to ask questions and my belief is that he responded as if he was bothered. One occasion, I needed for him to repeat what he said. His voice was raised as if I agitated him. Thank goodness that Austin and the surrounding area are blessed with other choices! I usually do not take the time to write reviews. I have been using Doctor Jeffrey DeLoach since 2007 and have found him to be a very professional caring Doctor. Doctor DeLoach always takes his time to listen to the patient to make sure he understands what the symptoms are to make a proper diagnosis. He is a very caring Doctor with helping his patients as his main goal always. I would recommend Doctor DeLoach to anyone. He is the best in my opinion. I wish I found him sooner! I have been suffering with lower back pain for years, the sciatica pain was unbearable and down past my knee. Dr. Deloach listened to my concerns and I had 2 rounds of spinal blocks and a nerve ablation. I may be in my 40’s, but I feel like I am 20 years old! I have never been more appreciative to be able to put on my own socks and shoes! Thank you Dr. Deloach and your amazing nurse Ebony!!! If I could give you more than 5 stars I would!

The front Desk staff is awful!!! Rude, very unprofessional! !!! I guess they're only nice to white people!!! The6 definitely need customer training and communication class!!! Who the he'll talks down to patients! !! I definitely won't go back and will let everyone know my experience there .

I had a great experience. I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews. But he is very thorough and listened and answered all my questions.

Had spine injections and Dr was great. Very caring. Never waiting more than a few minutes, so not sure about some of these reviews. He must be good, because I have re injured my back and going back to him

I have been under Dr. Deloach’s care for over two years for back pain. I have found him to be a caring, professional doctor who listens to my complaints about my ailments. He is very much concerned about my proper treatments. I would highly recommend Dr DeLoach for any type of orthopedic treatment!! The office staff has always been efficient, kind and accommodating.

Dr DeLoach is one of my favorite doctors. He has a great personality and always makes me feel good. He has been taking care of me about five years and I trust him completely. He has never hurt me or embarrassed me in anyway.

After two office visits and one surgery center procedure I have concluded this Doctor does NOT care about your personal time! All three encounters I waited from 45 minutes to one hour and a half for his services, never again. As a matter of fact, I walked out of the office after waiting 45 minutes for a follow-up appointment!

I wonder why a great majority of the reviews on the web for health care professional are negative. It may be because most people have a positive experience but don't write about it. Not every personality clicks and that goes with Drs. and such. My experience with Dr. Deloach has been very good. Other members of my family have had great experiences with him. He is compassionate and knowledgeable. He never seems to be in a hurry and listens to what you have to say. He answers any question without making you feel it was a dumb question. Because of the way he is and how he treats me, I feel as if my treatment is a co-operative effort. I wonder why a great majority of the reviews on the web for health care professional are negative. brutal exam. i will not return, nor can i recommend him. i have had exams by other doctors that did not put me in such pain. after 2 months, i am still suffering from that day.

Bed side manner is horrible. I was wearing a skirt just above the knee, while without being covered with anything he continually raised both legs up while he and the nurse were at my feet even after telling him I was not comfortable with that. Went in with back pain that has been strongly increasing causing tears , unable to sleep with the pain. He basically blew me off. Everything looks normal . I was under Dr. DeLoach's care for many years and felt he was very professional and knowledgeable; if it was something out of his expertise he consulted with one of the other doctors. All of the doctors in that practice are good and my numerous issues over the years were addressed w/o surgery. Dr DeLoach takes a personal interest in how you are doing. I am no longer under his care because I have moved out of the city.

I saw Dr. Jeffrey G. DeLoach, D.O. for intermittent pain in my back which when occurring was extremely painful. Dr. DeLoach repeatedly told me that everything was ok. He made me feel stupid and I eventually left the office in tears because he seemed not to believe me. I have been under his care for about 6 years. I had spent thousands of $$$$$ with Chiropractors to no lasting benefit. For lower back pain sciatic nerve issues. He gave me a couple of shots with instant relief. Then I got on low dose of pain meds. And that has given me time to lose weight, work out, and no more unmanageable pain. I recommend him to anyone with pain issues.

He's not willing to listen at all. He makes you feel stupid. He should not be practicing medicine.
