Went in to get evaluation on both of my knees. Dr. Conrad was great explaining what would need to be done. He offered different procedures before doing surgery that we could try. I liked instead of immediately pushing for surgery. Would recommend Dr. Conrad.

Always friendly & thorough

I had to wait for more than an hour before I was seen. Multiple patients were booked for the same time slot with the same doctor.

Perfect combination of knowledge, competence and personality, Dr. Conrad is everything you could want in a physician. Couple that with an office that is extremely respectful of your time -5 stars doesn’t seem enough.

First time visiting Dr. Conrad and I must say it was a pleasure. He's friendly and very thorough. If there wasn't a resolution the day of your visit, he will make sure he continues providing the best medical care. Thank you so much!

First time seeing Dr Conrad. Has a great personality easy to talk too. Pain in my knee suggested a shot for the pain and did it before leaving the office. Was nice not having to come back. The office staff is really good and all seem to be very happy with there job. Probably one of the best orthopedic group locations to go to. All doctors and staff deserve a five star rating.

Dr. Morlandt is caring and kind. He surrounds himself with professionals that mirror him. He is known world wide as the best. He is known to me as my Angel.

Dr. Conrad and staff were a short wait and very helpful! Came highly recommended and did not disappoint.

Dr Conrad is very professional, down to earth, willing to answer all my questions and concerns as well as giving me options on my orthopedic issue with my shoulder. I am very impressed with him in every way. I would recommend him highly at any time or any place. He’s my very favorite doctor I see. Totally patient oriented.

He's the best.

I don't have to wait like in some offices and once I’m called back i still get time with Dr Conrad. He reviews my chart and is focused on getting me back to normal.

Dr. Conrad is the place you wants to be. He really be concern about your issue. Dr. Conrad did surgery on my left shoulder. I do not have no more problem with that shoulder. Now he’s treating me for my right shoulder. Dr. Conrad is going to recommend and give you the best treatment before considering any type of surgery. That’s what I love about my doctor. He’s cares

Great physician!

He’s a wonderful doctor!

After being in an accident and seeing several doctors in several different fields, Dr. Conrad is by far the best. He has been the only one that listens to you and really seems to want to help instead of pushing you off to someone else like many of the others do. Great bedside manner and actually shook my hand when we met. That alone is a huge plus in my book. Definitely recommend.

Dr Conrad was very professional and very friendly. He was the best shoulder doctor I've had since I left Dallas Texas... If I have any problems or need anything shoulder-wise I will definitely go back to him.

Dr Conrad is very thorough and personable and was great with my daughter throughout her surgery and follow ups

Dr. Conrad is an exceptional orthopedic doctor. His bedside manner of talking to you and not at you makes him exceptional.

Dr. Conrad always knows what I need. He takes x-rays, when necessary. He's friendly and shows he cares. I also have to say his NP is great, too. He's friendly and gives me shots in my shoulders when it's time to. The group is great and I do recommend them! Thanks, y'all, for caring.

Appointment was at 11:00 was able to see the doctor at 12:23 pre registered on line. Every one was nice .

He is a very kind man. I have arthritis in my shoulder he explained everything to me . Told me how to handle the pain. I also got a shot in the shoulder and I barely felt it

The office offers online, kiosk-type or in-person check in upon arrival. He’s very punctual with a kind staff -especially his crnp! They care about your day-to-day successes as you heal and monitor your progress closely.

Dr Conrad is an excellent physician!! He is very thorough and is always polite about answering my questions in terms I can understand. I have complete trust in him.

Dr.Conrad is Fantastic! He always takes time to explain things that I need to know, as well as making sure that I understand the things I don’t want to hear about. That matters. He has been straight forward with me from the beginning of my treatment as well as being available for any/ all questions I have had throughout my recovery.

Amazing service from the front door to departure. They have the process down! Dr. Conrad is the epitome of professionalism….and takes time to hear one out. He is engaging and empathetic. Dr. Conrad is always straight forward in working to determine what the problem is and the treatment to help resolve it… very approachable and easy to talk with…

Absolutely love the way he throughly explain what may be causing your pain by having you look at bone chart, pointing out where your pain is occuring and explaining what may be the issue. He didn't give one suggestion but several options to get rid the pain.
