This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a Doctors Office in my life. I recently moved to the area and spent several days trying to find a doctor in my insurance network who was accepting patients. I scheduled an appointment 5 weeks in advance for a virtual visit to do a medication check and annual appointment. I need this medicine to function. The morning of my appointment I receive a call saying that they cannot see me today and to call an urgent care to get my medicine refilled. After calling around to all the urgent cares they have all informed me they cannot fill my medication. This has been absolutely awful and terrible. I leave the state Wednesday for a month long business trip and am truly lost on how to get this medication issue resolved. There is absolutely no other doctors that will see me in 2 days and I have no way to see anyone. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a Doctors Office in my life. I have been a patient of Dr. Cohen's for over 40 years. He has seen myself and my family through many common and uncommon diagnosis. He is an amazing diagnostician. Has a great group of specialists when needed. I find him to be insightful and up to date in all family medical matters. I have never felt rushed when discussing anything and always was well informed with options as how to proceed. I will hate the day this man retires.
Concern lies with the fee and not welfare of patient.
