I went to this dr for mass in neck. Had to sit forever waiting and finally, after about 30 mins, he came in. Assistant was not very friendly nor was he. Very bad bedside manner. I will 'never go back!'

Seemed to be all about the money..he wanted to put a tube in my ear immediately. After he did, his office never followed up with me. I was supposed to have additional work done. He said that they would check about insurance covering the new work, but never called back to notify either way. It is shameful how he/his office conducts business. It's been almost 2 years with NO followup.
