Myself and my son see Dr. Caron. I am happy with his exams and his care for the patient. I ordered glasses and there was a 2 week turn around. Very happy with the care we received here. Also the office staff is great! Prompt when picking up calls and Ellie always greets you with a smile as you walk in!

Gave me a very poor eye exam & doctor did not seem happy 2 answer my questions about a possibility of heredity eye dease. Thought he was simply having a bad day but he was instantly very nice 2 the next patient. Guess that person must have had different insurance however no reason for a sub par eye exam. Ordered glasses when I lost mine & office manager kept assuring me they were ordered & being shipped. Even told me she had tracked them. After 2 weeks & expressing I would pay oop finally got insurance on the phone who confirmed that the order was NEVER placed. I think it was Collen who admitted after lying to me for 2 weeks and that the doctor had instructed her to hold the order and sell another two more weeks because the frames were not covered. Again I had offered to pay oop but Colleen kept ensuring me that the frames were on their way and she had tracked the order and they were in shipment. Had to get insurance on the phone to get her to finally to admit that and she seemed very upset that she had to do that and that she simply did not have time to deal with someone's glasses even though this is a licensed optometrist office. After filing a grievance with my insurance company and now going to file with the medical board and they are refusing to take calls for my insurance company and me the voicemail is now simply disabled because we are trying to get a copy of the eye exam forwarded to a new hopefully ethical optometrist. Again this is license optometrist office gave me a very subpar examination and refused to order glasses for a person who could not simply see be very careful with this office Gave me a very poor eye exam & doctor did not seem happy 2 answer my questions about a possibility of heredity eye dease. Great doctor great staff, personable service, and great eyewear.

Dr Caron is a great doctor. Very nice and answered all of my questions. When I picked up my glasses, he made sure they fit well and adjusted them for a better fit. I highly recommend Dr. Caron.

I’ve been there twice, once with my daughter and once for myself. The ease of making the appointment was fantastic, Ellie is great and so helpful and accommodating. I can not say anything bad about this Dr. Him and his staff are so kind, helpful, and are always there for you and your eye needs. I love my new glasses they are awesome. Thank you again Dr. Caron, and Colleen, Ellie you are all so wonderful. I highly recommend for your eye needs to go see him.

I have been going to Dr. Caron for a few years now. I never have a problem getting an appointment, even on short notice. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with my insurance coverage. Dr. Caron is great! I never feel rushed when I’m with him and he always takes the time to answer all my questions. He always encourages me to call with any follow up concerns or questions too. Great place! Dr. Caron and his staff were able to get me in quickly, review my history and give me a complete checkup on my eyes including the evaluations I needed for my glaucoma. It was evident he has a passion for his field, discussed any and every question I had in a way that was easily understood, and earned a loyal customer in the process. Before leaving I scheduled an appointment for my wife as she needed new glasses as well, and Dr. Caron provided me with copies of my records and a script to purchase glasses if I didn't find what I liked in his shop. In short, great doctor, professional and friendly staff, and a great value. I won't be looking any further than Dr. Caron for my families eye care needs as long as we're in the area.
