Dr Brown is top shelf !!

Dr Brown is a wonderful Doctor. He listens well and explains clearly and takes time for you to understand. His office staff is very efficient, competent and get back to you in a timely manner. I have dealt with this staff a couple of times and come away extremely satisfied.

Front desk personnel Very Rude! I’ve worked in The medical field all my life and the first impression IS YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Which IS THE RECEPTIONIST!

Dr. Brown is the best! I was referred to him for a thyroidectomy. He was extremely attentive throughout the entire process, called many times after the surgery to follow up, and is overall a great person. I highly recommend him!!!

Do not go to this doctor. I am writing this so other people do not have to go through what I had to. My Dad is very sick and had a terrible nose bleed because he was on a blood thinner. This doctor was called to the hospital to address my fathers issue. When he walked in the room he told me to “get out of the way”. I told him that “I am here for my father.” He got in my face and said “ do you want me to leave? When I didn’t immediately say anything he said “I thought so” I then said to him “what is your problem, my dad is bleeding please take care of him”. He continued to threaten me that he was going to leave. The nurses in the room were appalled that he was treating me this way , all the while my dad needed care. I am not one to write reviews, but the treatment we got from this doctor was appalling and to say the least totally unprofessional. My father is dying and to not have any compassion or understanding of the situation is beyond unbelievable to me and my family. There are so many other good ENT’s in the area, but not this one. He is awful and from my experience a terrible human being. This experience is one I have never had with a doctor and I hope you consider what I written before deciding to allow him to care for you or a loved one. Do not go to this doctor. Dr. Brown is an amazing Doctor who thoroughly checked out my extensive conditions and helped devise a plan to treat them. He also removed my 7 year old daughters tonsils 7 years ago which did wonders for her.

Dr. Brown is a wonderful doctor. He did a hyperparaectomy and was knowledgeable and kind. My son recently went to him and spoke highly of him.

Dr. Brown takes his time to explain and educate you on all aspects of care and procedures. He made me feel so at ease I wasn't even anxious about surgery. He even called me at home the day after discharge to check in with me. He really went above and beyond!

I was referred to Dr. Jeffrey Brown by my PC Physician to deal with some ENT issues I was having. I found Dr. Brown to be extremely knowledgeable, informative, patient and understanding. Dr. Brown did a fantastic job listening to me, explaining his findings to me and his recommended treatment. I called the office with a couple of further questions and Dr. Brown promptly called me back and explained things further to me. Dr. brown is an excellent doctor that I can highly recommend.
