Dr. Broadhead seems very well trained and understands all aspects of vision problems. He tries to be proactive in anticipating potential challenges. He is careful and follows up to ensure success with my vision improvement.

He was so compassionate and caring. My eye situation feels complicated to me and he was incredibly generous with his time and thoughtful in his approach.

Top tier service and experience. I have been going here for years now and am always pleasantly delighted every visit. I can't recommend this place enough. The service they provide is like tailored luxury service. I've seen both Dr. Broadhead and Dr. Chism. Both are extremely professional and kind. I've never felt rushed or pressured and they've both taken time to answer my questions thoroughly and listened to what concerns I might have.

Dr Broadhead took the tremendous amount of time required for me as a new patient without any prior records for my complicated needs. Although I waited 30 minutes to see him, the time he spent with me made up for it.

Been coming here for years and Dr. Broadhead is always professional and friendly. He pronounces my name correctly and always thanks me for my business. I know its small but it goes a long way. My appointments are quick and easy. I really enjoy coming here once a year for an exam.

Dr Broadhead has been kind, determined and understanding with the problems our daughter presents him. He has worked with us for two years, sometimes squeezing us in when we were desperate, to help my daughter’s rapidly changing vision.

Dr.s Broadhead's exams are thorough and informative and he spends an adequate amount of time during every visit. His refractions are consistently precise! My husband and I are extremely pleased with the overall care we receive from Dr. Broadhead and enjoy his pleasant office staff as well!

I have never before been able to wear contacts due to a scar in my eye. Dr. Broadhead recommended a new kind of contact that fits differently than normal, and it is life changing. I love how friendly Dr Broadhead is each time I see him. He was a huge help with my husband when he was diagnosed with diabetes and struggled with his vision.

Dr Chism is a great doctors. He took his time and answered all my questions in terms I could understand. Maria was very friendly and was very patient. I've been going with Dr. Broadhead since 2008 at Shopko to this day I can say he is the most patient, caring, nice, most helpful doctor ever! Last time I went to get my eyes check at his new office he was so understandable and he gave me all these options of contact lenses however I told him I would stick to the brand I use.
