Borodkin was caught inappropriately touching my son's genitals.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful when it came to picking out frames for glasses. Dr. Borodkin was thorough, professional and answered all of the questions I had. I would highly recommend others to go here.

awful experience with his staff. fep blue cross patients beware. i paid upfront for eye exam and contacts while i waited for them to bill the insurance. the claim was denied and his staff was very unhelpful. my eye exams in the past were covered by federal emp blue cross plan since 2005.-2017. the exam was quick and dont feel like it was very thorough. he changed my right eye contact presc from -4.5 to 3.75 not strong enough. staff forces you to pay upfront.

Told my daughter she could wear her glasses all the time and she only needs them for distance

I have been taking my son for 3 years and I love it! Dr Borodkin is wonderful and the staff goes above and beyond! I recommend them to everyone!

Dr. Borodkin is an excellent eye doctor. I've been with him for about ten years now. He works with me to get my eyes corrected for specific things I do in my daily life: computer work, editing, reading, driving, etc. He helped assist me with contacts that would work for both nearsighted and farsighted vision. I also have photosensitive epilepsy where bright blinking and flashing lights cause auras. He set me up with blue tinted glasses that help when I'm watching television or go to the movies. He checks my eyes for diseases and asks me a lot of questions to see if anything has changed from year to year. I used to see him on the east side of Cleveland and now I drive all the way to Fairlawn because I feel he is a great doctor. Since I live far away, his staff even ships my contacts to my home so I don't have to make the drive. I think he's great. Dr. Borodkin is an excellent eye doctor. Wont recommend.. receptionist, diana, is not too friendly. She can be nice for a minute.. does not have good cust service skills. Dr b wasnt too bad, friendly and the older lady in the office was friendly too.. diana turned me off to that place.. plus it was my second time going there after 3 yrs and i had a credit of 50 some dollars and they never sent it to me!
