He is absolutely amazing! He lists to hus patients and parents concerns. You don't feel rushed and like just a number. He provides a plan and followup. Overall great experience.

Dr. Blumenthal quickly assessed my daughter and first suggested a minimally invasive remedy to our tummy issues and then we will go back in 3 months. Very professional, funny and relatable. He also showed us on the web the right place so we could do our own reading with the correct information. Many thanks.

The check in process was very quick and the experience with the doctor was great. He took his time to understand what was going on, listened well, he was very personable and he gave us a good treatment plan. The areas of improvement are the wait times, we waited for too long in the room for the doctor, it took almost 1.5 hours for the appointment while we only saw the doctor for a few minutes. Also, it is hard to get an appointment in a timely fashion. The doctor asked for us to follow up in 4-6 weeks and we were scheduled way after that because there were no available appointments sooner. Dr. BLUMENTHAL is the most caring and loving doctor any of my kids have ever had. He is very knowledgeable. He has turned my little ones life around!!!

Dr. Blumenthal is an amazing doctor. He engages with my son in such a great way and always answers my questions. We feel blessed he is part of Dylan’s team.

Dr. Blumenthal is awesome!! I am so glad that he is in our child's life. He is great at what he does and keeps our daughter's condition in order. You can always get in touch with him or his nurses. I highly recommend him for GI care. He's the best out there.

He is so great! He removed a nickel from my 1 year old daughter's throat. One of the scariest days of my life but he had great bedside manner despite it being one of his busiest days at the hospital and calmed us down. I am a little late writing my review. A whole 12 years late but to this very day, I give Dr. Blumenthal credit for helping us so much with my son. My son was a baby that cried constantly due to his gastro issues. We met Dr. Blumenthal and after a very short period of time, my son became a healthy happy baby. I know it has been a long time since you treated my son but we are so thankful and appreciative of what you did. I am a little late writing my review. He is amazing!!!

Dr. Blumenthal is very caring. He never rushes in and out. He takes his time to listen and talk and is willing to do what is necessary to figure out cause of problem. Highly recommend!

Dr. Blumenthal is really wonderful. We have had a hard time finding a great Pediatrician in the area but he was helpful with recommendations and also so kind and great with my son. His plan for my sons tummy issues was thoughtful and slow. Which made me very happy given his young age. I wish that there were more general pediatricians in the area like him that care so much. My son ended up in the hospital several times after going to a Gastroenterologist that his pediatrician recommended so I spoke with the ED doctor about finding a Gastroenterologist that was knowledgeable and well respected and he gave me Dr. Blumenthal’s information. I will be forever thankful because now my son is better and putting on some much needed weight. You can’t find a better doctor because he actually cares about his patients.

Dr. Blumenthal is hands down the best doctor I have come in contact with. He is patient, kind, and actually listens to what you are saying. My 4 year old was referred to another Gastroenterologist by his pediatrician and it didn’t go so well. He ended up in the ED at Scottish Rite and the only reason I am glad it happened is because the ED doctor recommended Dr. Blumenthal after the failed visits with the first doctor. My son is now thriving and putting on some much needed weight. His nurse Leigh Ann is also the best as well. You won’t regret making an appointment with him. Dr. Blumenthal has treated my daughter for the past three years. He is very kind and compassionate and truly cares about his patients. I will admit that he is is somewhat strict, however, he has the patient's best interest in mind at all times. He is always willing to take the time to address every concern that you have. He never makes you feel rushed and no matter what time of the day your appointment may fall, you will always be treated as though you are his first and only patient of the day. Incredible doctor. So much respect and admiration for him and the excellent care provided. I trust him 100% to do what's best for my son amid uncertainty - offering kind + sensible approach. Provided compassion and direction during failure-thrive, uncertain genetic diagnosis, and ongoing GI/allergy issues that were above and beyond. I have so much respect and admiration for Dr Blumenthal and the excellent care provided to my son this past year. I trust him 100% to do what's best for my son amid complexity and uncertainty - offering a kind and sensible approach. He's thoughtful and strategically tries to figure out what's really going on behind the symptoms. He's exactly the doctor our family needed/needs. He provided compassion and direction during infant failure-thrive, uncertain overall genetic diagnosis, and ongoing GI/allergy issues that have required a growing list of specialists. I am not one to make comments but after visiting Dr. Blumenthal for the first time I left feeling so much concern and compassion for my little one. She was just 3 months old and not gaining weight. I saw Dr. Blumenthal and he admitted my little one into the hospital immediately. I am not a 'huggy' type person but wanted to give this man a huge hug before leaving the office simple due to the true love, compassion and concern he had and showed to my baby. After a few days she was thriving again. I am so thankful for his prompt and aggressive service to my little one. I have never been more pleased with a doctor in my life! You will not be disappointed!

We love Dr. Blumenthal! He's a very kind doctor, and takes the time to listen and tries to really figure out what's going on with your child. He has managed my son's NG tube, G tube, vomiting, and slow weight gain since he got out of the NICU, and got us to a place of a healthy, active 2.5 year old. I think he was almost as happy as we were to take out his Gtube last month! Now, we do usually have to wait a good bit, but it's nice to know that the doctor is not rushed and actually listens.

Dozens of doctors saw my son in multiple stints in the hospital and no one could give us a diagnosis. Dr. Blumenthal was so patient t, so kind, such a good human-- that he spent time with us and ultimately noticed something in his test results that no one else saw. He is a major reason my son is healthy today.

Dr. Blumenthal is a doctor that cares for his patients. My one year old son is currently under his care. I must say he is the first GI doctor to actually take time out and listen to what has been going on with my son. His nurse Katie is also very helpful and takes time out to listen. When I call no matter how many times I have called with my concerns she listens, talks with him and calls me back promptly. As someone in the medical field I appreciate the hard work they are doing .

I am not a mom who typically goes on line to write a review but my experience with Dr. Blumenthal was exceptional and I wanted to compliment him on line. It is so rare these days to find a doctor who welcomes you with kindness, knows how to relate with teenagers, and who listens to your concerns. Dr. Blumenthal is a "listener" who took time to be thorough in order to understand my daughter's complicated story. It is refreshing having a trustworthy doctor who genuinely cares. Thank you!

Took my 8 yr old daughter in because she's had trouble with bowel movements. He spent about 2.5 minutes discussing the issue we paid him to look at and he spent the other 30 minutes telling my VERY active child (she is involved in sports year round and plays outside every day) that she needs to be active and she needs to eat healthier (she is also a very healthy eater, he should've been telling my other daughter but she's skinny so no need I guess!) It's called genetics doc!

Dr. Blumenthal is a wonderful listener with a very calm demeanor. We had seen another GI doctor in a different practice and felt he just didn't understand our problem . He spent 45 minutes with us and ordered a few additional tests explaining the "next steps". I'm happy to say we are now in a much better place. So grateful for having made the change. I recommend Dr. Blumenthal without reservation!

Listens and takes the time. We did not feel like a number. He has great bedside manners!

The best doctor I could of asked for when I started going to him at 11. Grew up being like a second father and always made sure the best decision was made in any situation, while considering both my parents and I's wants.
