I felt so comfortable and relaxed returning to Dr Bedlion. He is a great doctor and always listens to my concerns and always goes the extra mile for his patients. VERY THOROUGH Doctor and Wonderful Staff. I’m a new Patient because my Doc retired. VERY Impressed.

I recently moved back to the Cortland area and couldn’t be more pleased to find Dr. Bedlion as my PCP. First visit was outstanding, very pleasant staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new PCP.

Smiling faces, pleasant speech , educated, professional nurses ,& Dr. Bedlin was amazing!! ! Timely appointment & excellent care! My only complaint was the fake news was blaring in the waiting room & face masks were required.I’m sure that’s just protocol from the corrupt medical & pharmacy industry.

Dr. Bedlion and his entire staff is amazing! I was feeling sick and 20 minutes later he did a video chat with me and prescribed me a medication. Whenever I had a question I called and they clarified everything. Everyone is very knowledgeable and super friendly! Thanks again for all your heard work especially during such a tough time. Everyone is always so friendly and I never feel rushed to leave the office, Dr. Bedlion always explains everything and always asks if I have any questions. I would recommend him to everyone.

From walking into the waiting room, I was greeted happily , temp checked, they completed my sign-in. I had a seat. Within two min. was called and escorted back. Took my weight, then escorted me to my room. The staff made you feel comfortable. I answered a few questions. Dr. Bedline began with greetings and asking how I was. Etc. Listened to me on any complaints I had. He explained some things, in terms I could understand. Spent a decent amount of time with me. And when finish I was given my papers, next appointment made.
