Tried to make an appointment. Refused to treat me after I asked whether they would accept cash instead of my high deductible plan ($100 to just make appt). Rude. Hung up on me upset I even asked about costs-never bothered to call back. I would be very careful with these folks. All I think they see is green-no concern for the patient!! Wonderful, down to earth Doctor. Took great care and even joked with my elderly Father

Fantastic ENT doctor. He was extensive in his exam and explanations of possible conditions. I was very comfortable with him and would recommend his practice. I received a recommendation from a friend and he was correct.

My wait time was about fifteen minutes but I was a new patient had to fill out forms. Upon meeting for first and going over my med history I like him after getting complete med files from renown it didn't take long about ten minutes he went over the test results with me explaining what he could do for me. What's another cat scan done that's fine with me. So I would think on average I would go to him again. He gain my trust on the first visit. ??

Sent by my audiologist and was very happy, not only could I hear but the entire visit was five star!

I only had one appointment so far, but I was very impressed. the receptionist was very pleasant and I got in within minutes of my arrival. Dr Beall came in immediately and was very kind and I had his full attention. His assistant was helpful and got things done quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an ENT.

I was referred by the local medical conglomerate. Reading the reviews I could find didn't instill a lot of confidence either. I have been a participant in the Reno medical system for a bit now and it almost always feels lacking. Name, Insurance, fillout forms by hand, wait, copay, wait some more, inconclusive results, repeat. Dr Beall was not like this. His staff was kind and "normal" and the Dr. is a real person with a nice "bedside" manner and a "believable" demeanor.

First time In to see Dr Beall today. He did an excellent job. Explained everything very clearly and solved my problem. Excellent disposition, very friendly and kind. Not the big ego like you often see with doctors. A pleasant change. I recommend him highly.

What a fantastic experience. The entire staff was helpful and courteous. Although I had been seen by other ENT's in the area, ( without success), ...Dr. Beall was knowledgeable and diagnosed my problem immediately. Highly recommend him.

They scheduled my childs appt. And 5 days before called to reschedule and couldn't accommodate my schedule do we booked 2 months out again. And then they called to say the Dr won't be seeing any pediatrics. And they refused to help me find another ENT. This is ridiculous and we wondering why our health care system sucks. Perfect example. My doctor's visit was a good one. Dr. Beall was quite helpful with my ear issues.

Fails to create an atmosphere of trust. Is abrupt and offers little hope even though another Stanford office encourages treatment on an emerGency basis.
