Called in with a referral from two physicians, both experts in their field, and Stephanie at front desk refused to schedule a consult saying she and the PA didn’t think . My referral was from one of the top physicians in the world who knows my condition, knows what Dr. Ballard does, and made the referral. It’s amazing when the front desk team knows more than the top physicians in the world but that is the unfortunate case here. I first saw Dr. Jeffery Ballard in 2015 as I was experiencing severe right leg cramping. He determined that I have Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) after extensive testing and a thorough review of my family history. I was then scheduled for an Endarterectomy of my right ascending femoral artery. I had a swift recovery once the blockage was removed. I was quickly able to resume my normal life style. As a result, I have been scheduled for regular exams to monitor my condition. The tests in late May, 2021 indicated a blockage in my left Carotid Artery. Surgery was scheduled for June 7, 2021. Again the surgery was successful - with little downtime. I continue to be regularly tested to stay ahead of any future blockages. I feel you can trust Dr. Ballard with your care. He is proactive in his approach with excellent followup. He is very professional and has an excellent caring staff. I recommend Dr. Ballard to all my friends and family, and offer the above for your consideration. -Vicki Trotter

He wanted to amputate my 91 year old mother’s leg without even trying anything else. He didn’t even talk to me in person he just called a hospital phone and told me. Thankfully we got two other opinions from doctors who truly care about their patients.
