Everyone is super friendly and kind. I broke my foot a few weeks ago and they got me all set up with a new boot and am on my way to all healed up!

Dr. Baker is an expert in his field. He is skilled, knowledgeable, kind, and concerned for his patient. Responds to patient concerns and astute to patients pain, trying to insure patient is as comfortable as possible.

Dr Baker explained in detail about the procedure of my upcoming surgery and how long my down time would be. also told me about the risk that are involved and made sure I understand all of this before I left his office.

Dr Baker always makes it a point to listen and use that information along with what the tests, x-rays, etc show to formulate a plan for treatment. I recommend him to anyone in need of foot and ankle care.

Dr. Baker saw me for an ankle injury. He was thorough and attentive, clear on possible outcomes based on forthcoming imaging and focused on providing best treatment. He was able to quickly get me in for an MRI and was kind in follow-ups not only with me but went out of his way to keep in touch with my PT.

Dr Baker is in a word; exceptional. He’s honest and direct - so, if you can see past the emotional aspect of your condition and are looking for a doctor to help guide you towards the quickest, most effective recovery .. then he’s your guy! — What if you can’t see past the emotional aspect of your diagnosis/recovery plan? No worries! As soon as I told Dr Baker that I was scared about the surgery and overwhelmed with the situation overall, he made every effort to explain my condition in a way I understood. He relayed my options, the possible outcomes, and what he/his team would be doing on my behalf while I wasn’t at my usual cognitive capacity. If that’s not “bedside manner” then I’m not sure what is. I would and will recommend Dr Baker to anyone seeking a top notch foot and ankle Surgeon.

Love Dr. Baker and Takeshia! I had a visit this week and the entire appointment went great: quick check-in, no wait - Takeshia actually had to wait on me to finish paperwork to escort me to my room, Dr. Baker came in 3-5 min later. The office looks amazing, very clean. Highly recommend Dr. Baker and the Weil institute.

Everyone I interacted with at the office was so friendly and helpful. Dr Baker really listened to my concerns and gave me clear explanations and advice specifically tailored for my marathon training. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Baker performed a lapiplasty bunionectomy on me. I had very bad experience previously with podiatrists, so I was leery. However, Dr. Baker, from the first, was extremely communicative, clear, caring, and concise. I knew what to expect from the first; and at every point, his predictions came to fruition. By the end of three months, I am living pain free for the time in almost 20 years. It is overwhelming. Dr. Baker and his staff at the Lincoln Park location have displayed professionalism and compassion. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Excellent care that had me back on my feet after a long battle with plantar fasciitis. I always got every step of the process explained to me and he's always answered all my questions.
