Dr. Jeffrey B Arnold

In hindsight, he was the worst doctor I've ever had. Anyone reading this...if you have unexplained symptoms and your "doctor" keeps telling you to come back after the symptoms worsen go outside of the neverending circle of cronies to get answers. I found out Arnold wasn't sending my tests to Quest labs after I called them. I struggled for three years with a bacterial infection while Arnold acted like I was a hypochondriac. He retired shortly after this, thankfully. I'm sure I wasn't the only one who dealt with his laziness and ended up suffering needlessly.

You call to make an appt and youre on hold for 10 minutes or better.. You cant ever get an appt but weeks out.. They say they except walk.ins but when you go as a walk.in you get the 3rd degree about how appts should be made.. I have a migraine from hell and of course ill be going to an after hours, before im buckled over, to save the lecture about "appts are important".. Staff isnt all that friendly.. Ive seen Dr.Arnold a few times.. From what ive seen of him he doesnt seem bad.. But 2 appts isnt much to judge on whether hes a good dr or not.. We’ve been coming here for 10 plus years. Dr. Schaaf is fantastic. He takes care of all of us very well. Always asks good questions and really works to understand the problem and offers helpful solutions that often times are more natural than medicinal unless they need to be. We feel well cared for by him and his staff.

No critical thinking. Avoids answering questions. Seems to be employed only because there is a shortage of doctors in the area so the people suffer.

Great Dr but the wait to see him and the wait in the office is REDICULOUS!!

I love dr Arnold and his staff. They are always very nice and very efficient too. I think he's the best doctor in town.

expect to wait months to see the doctor...

My whole family sees Dr. Arnold and we love him. He is the most down to earth doctor I have ever seen. He actually talks to you and not at you. He spends as much time with you as you need. Very satisfied patient!!

My family has gone to Dr. Arnold for over 20 years and love the care he and his staff provide. He has always been very compassionate and professional. My children are now adults and still use him as their primary physician.

Dr Arnold is the least capable physician I have ever had the displeasure of seeing as a patient. He seems to think that all his patients are drug seekers and cannot tell the difference between someone needing a triple laminectomy and someone pulling a muscle.
