Dr. Jeffery Jack Solomon

Dr. Solomon is great! However, if you have an emergency his front staff aren’t very concerned and show absolutely no empathy. I shared that I was in extreme pain and asked if there were any recommendations for urgent care and was told no. Which is fine. But then I asked how are these situations handled and is basically nothing that can be done. The scheduler just said “pretty much” as if I was annoying him with my questions. Maybe he’s never had a toothache. But in my past, I’ve known the dentist office to be able to provide some type of additional options if the patient is in pain and they can’t see me for another week.

There should be a hundred stars for Dr. Solomon Dentist office. Me and my family have had nothing but great service since we started going to Dr. Solomon. Him and all his staff are very welcoming and make you feel at home and not like a patient. I love my dental family!!!

Always goes above and beyond my expectations. The staff is very friendly. I live in Gardendale and drive the extra distance because of the quality of care provided.

Can't wait to see Dr Solomon tomorrow. I have not been to the dentist since covid. I drive 40 minutes. Nothing to see my favorite dentist and staff. A little nervous due to the long tike between cleaning. Fix me up.

I've been to this dentist four times in less than three months, think about how inconvenient that had to be for me with a small infant. I had a filling done, it was done incorrectly so I had to come back to get it redone ,mind you needles had to be stuck in my gum again for numbing . I returned again because bonding fell out and cracked on two additional teeth and they had to be redone. While being repaired, I asked him to look at the filling again ( third time) because it was starting to cause me pain again. He took some bonding off and now I'm in even more pain. Now, I'm headed to another dentist to see if they can fix what has been done incorrectly. I am so frustrated, irritated, and disappointed. I don't know if it's the dentist, the incorrect technique, or the eqipment or material they are using that is faulty because it does appear to be a bit old, but this has been the worst and most painful experience of my life . The staff is nice and inviting, but work completed has been terrible. From coming in for a cleaning with no pain to having pain on a regular basis is the opposite effect that a dentist should have on a patient. I gave one star because I couldn't give zero. Staff is very friendly and professional. Kimberly, my hygienist is Awesome and Dr Solomon was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Best dental establishment EVER!!!!

This is an amazing Dentist and staff, not only do they work well with each other they go over and above making sure the Patients are put first. When I have went to 4 other dentist in my state because of infection really bad and to my heart doctors none of them would help me. I was to the point the infection has gone to my chest. My Mother told me to see Doctor Jeffery Solomon in Alabama, I'm so glad I did. I believe that he saved my life. And his prices are very affordable .
