Process was very efficient and all the staff were very friendly and professional

The staff and nurses were very efficient and courteous. Dr. Bullock was very thorough and informative.

Everything works very well. No long time waiting. No uncomfortableness during the procedure. All worker are very professional.

This facility was so busy. It was run like an assembly line with patients rolling in and out every couple of minutes. Everyone there was very friendly doesn’t seem that I was there more than 40 minutes which I’m guessing that means I had minimal anesthesia but obviously enough.

The entire staff was amazing. From the time of check-in to the prep and the procedure itself, everyone was friendly and explained everything to me. Glad I was sent there.

Dr. Bullock, with Gastroenterology Consultants of SA is a true professional. He did my procedure and everything went according to plan. He is confident and makes his patients feel comfortable. I will continue to be a patient in the future.

I really appreciate Dr. Bullock's dedication to doing what it takes to investigate the issue I was experiencing. He is extremely thorough and in a timely manner had tests, x-rays, and a procedure scheduled to gather more info on my issue. His staff were efficient and pleasant. Dr. Bullock's PA Lori Lee made sure my questions were answered following my procedure and expectations for my follow-up appt.

Personal and professional

As always, Dr. Bullock and his staff show the utmost professionalism and concern for their patients. I am confident that I am being given the best care possible.

Dr. Bullock and the nurses at Gastroenterology Consultants of San Antonio were wonderful. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. I have been Dr. Bullocks' patience for many years, and I appreciate his professional manner.

From counter admin worker to nurses, anesthesiologists, asst doctor & doctors ALL made me feel Comfortable moving forward with the procedure. Facility was very Clean & inside & about the grounds. Plenty of parking spaces. I’ll be back in 10 yrs, lord willing :)

First time seeing Dr Bullock. Very professional and understanding of my health concerns.

I have been looking for a GI Doctor for over a year. There are a lot out there that looking out for their best interests give you a great sales talk but does not take the time to listen and help you out. A friend recommended Dr. Bullock and his team after his procedure and had a great experience. I specifically requested Dr. Bullock through my insurance provider and received an appointment. This was my first visit since my long time and most wonderful doctor has moved out of state. I called and made the appt and was scheduled with Dr Bullock but when I got there and was waiting the Physician Assistant is the one that came in (on my very first visit), which I was never informed about, so I have not met Dr Bullock which I would assume if a new patient is coming in you would at least inform that patient who you are actually going to be seeing or at least make it your priority at the doctor to see that patient rather than having your assistant see them. Dr.Bullick and his team are very professional and have always made me understand more about my stomach issues in a way that I am more comforted.

Dr. Bullock has been my Gastroenterologist for over 20 years now (Lori Lee too) and I wouldn’t have any other Dr. Definitely cares very much about their patients and their health!!

Doctor Bullock is great and all staff.

Dr. Bullock cares about his patients and makes sure to help you in every way he can so you can get better and feel awesome.

Dr. Bullock is knowlegable, alert to symptoms that might be causing internal problems, and highly professional.

I would say Dr. Bullock and his sfaff were attentive to my needs. They were able to direct me to take care of certain difficulties. They were couteous and willing to talk to me as to what steps needed to be taken, before we can proceed with my medical test. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

I've been seeing Dr Bullock for about15 years. Now I see his PA, Lori Lee. I highly recommend them both. Calls are returned promptly. They listen carefully and explain in a way that I fully understand.

Been seeing Dr Bullock over 15 years. I really like him and his PA Lori Lee. I had a colonoscopy scheduled Thursday morning. However my body wasn't ready for the test. He rescheduled me for Friday morning. Everyone there, from receptionist, prep nurse, anesthesiologist, Dr Bullock and his attendant were so nice to me. I was comfortable, relaxed and the procedure went well. If you need a gastro Dr, you need Dr Bullock at SAGA.

Spent about 45 minutes listening and questioning me about my particular issues and ordered an MRI along with some medication changes. Agreed with a new diagnosis of perastomal hernia directing me to a surgeon for consultation. Continuing my treatment with him.

I had a pain on my abdomen one night I went to the hospital to get checked and they did a Ct Scan. The doctor came back saying that I was okay but to check up with a GI doctor and I saw doctor Bullock two weeks later and he ordered another CT Scan and Dr.Bullock set me up to meet a surgeon.Because I needed to have appendix surgery right away and I did have surgery the next day and my pain went away. Thanks to Dr. Bullock and his P.A.Dr. Lee.for their fast attention to my pain. I m looking forward to keep seeing Dr Bullock and P.A. Lee. For my intestinal problems I have always had.Thank you. Horrible experience, I was in the hospital with internal bleeding, was scheduled for an emergency endoscopy. Dr. Bullock, not my choice, did the procedure. He never came to my hospital room to tell me the results of the procedure. I had to demand that he come and give me the results. He has a terrible bed side manner.

I do not recommend this Gastroenterology (Dr. Bullock & his PA) office. The care and patient response is absolute zero. I went to the emergency room twice due to not getting a response from this office: from receiving medication to patient guidance as to what to do in painful situations. Calls to me were not returned. It’s sad what health care has evolved into. I don’t want anyone to go through what I did here. I urge you to go elsewhere and read reviews before making an appointment. Long story short, I was given meds, radiology I kept requesting fell on deaf ears and was told to try meds first. I ended up in urgent care where a CT scan was done and diagnosed with a serious diagnoses and could have died. I was immediately admitted to the hospital for a month. This was a wonderful office visit, exceptional office staff, friendly and helpful. Dr. Bullock was very patient and attentive and had me feel at ease. I would recommend Dr. Bullock with all your needs in his field of expertise.

Dr. Bullock and his assistant always make sure that I’m well-informed, that all my questions are addressed, and that I’m comfortable with the treatments They closely monitor my condition and keep me and those I’ve listed to receive information about me informed. Dr. Bullock, a leading gastroenterologist, and his staff are patient and polite, thorough but efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate; in other words, the consummate professionals.

Extremely long wait times. The staff were not helpful and seemed only to be able to repeat "they are getting a bed ready for you" when I approached every 30 minutes or so. A Doctor this far behind is almost certainly rushing and is not performing safe procedures or providing a high standard of care.

Dr Bullock spoke rudely to me, challenging the result of another doctors findings. He offered a diagnosis for which the wrong medication was prescribed. I asked the staff about the diagnosis from his clinic, and she said, oh everyone has that - it’s not a diagnosis. I was told “we are treating your stomach pain” and I said what about my colon pain. ‘We are not treating your colon pain.” How do these things happen? My RA doctor told me I needed a steroid shot immediately and that Dr Bullock wasn’t listening to me and referred to another doctor for 2nd opinion.

Not too happy with J Bullock, certainly has zero (0) bedside manner, likes to argue with you. He also likes to type every word in his tablet so he can go back and tell you exactly what he said! Go see him if you don’t care!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bullock's since the fall of 2010. Always had excellent care. His office staff and PA plus all staff in the procedure area have always gone above and beyond. I have to have procedures very often due to recurring problems. Always able to ask questions and get straight answers. The very best professionals.

I have seen Dr Bullock for two years now. Absolutely great. Office staff is amazing. They really listen to my concerns and trust me and how I know my body. Won't go anywhere else!

Long waiting times are characteristic of Dr Bullock's. doesn't seem to matter when you arrive, be prepared to wait. Typical for me is 45-60 minutes. That's such a waste of my time. Totally takes the otherwise decent care I receive down to a grinding disdain for using Dr Bullock. Staff is irritating in its duty to ask same questions over & over again for the sake of their reports.

I have been a patient for a few years and he has always treated me with great respect. This provider listens and answers all your questions so you the patient understands what is the issue and what are the best courses of action to address the issues.

Poor bedside manner. Neglected to perform examination of any kind.
