I would recommend Dr. Gass to others! Every time we have attended our appointments, he is very knowledgeable and explains all aspects of the treatments. I appreciated the simplicity of appointment making and especially the time taken for explanation of procedure. The overall warmth of the office staff, whether it was ourselves, or other patrons, in office, or on the phone line...top notch. No sales pitch either. Our son felt very comfortable proceeding. Great vibe the minute we got there. There was a longer wait for our appointment, but the receptionist was great. She gave an apology and a quick explanation for the delay. Dr Gass was great with explaining the procedures and what options we had. I felt like I was in complete control and did not feel pressured into anything. Never once did I feel uncomfortable.

I was referred for a consultation by my personsal dentist. The examination which included an x-ray was very thorough and complete. I appreciate Dr. Gass' conservative approach--waiting until kids permanent teeth grow in, one stage orthodontia if possible. I believe that Dr. Gass has his patients' best interest in mind. I know it's a business, but it's a good, ethical one. My kids have had a good experience with all the assistants. They worked with our budget and made a payment plan that was do-able for two kids in braces. Very trustworthy, nice people who work there. I recommend Dr. Gass to my friends all the time.

My 8 year old just got braces and they did a great job to make sure her first visit was comfortable and fun. Everyone we have met on staff has always been professional and nice. Having gone through braces myself (years ago) I can say that they are also very good at their job. Quick with technical precision (thereby reducing my daughter's discomfort) I saw nothing that concerns me. I feel like she will get the best care possible. Thank you.

So I was recommended by Dr Ford who is the next door dentist. My son is autistic and has moments when going to the dentist where he will refuse so I worry. We went for our initial appointment and my son was very comfortable. Before we left asked when he would get to wear green braces. A few days later I made another appointment for myself I have phobia going to the dentist however the staff was amazing with my son that I’m also getting braces. Had all my questions answered and I’m happy with everything.

Dr Gass’ practice is not overly fancy and overpriced. His assessments are well informed and extremely knowledgeable but also conservative. Three kids and myself later and we all continue to be really happy with the results.

This is the best place I hope I never have to go back to. But if you need orthodontic work completed, this is the place to go. The staff and customer service is phenomenal. My son's appointment was quick and easy. It was much appreciated that the wait to be seen was quick and that we could all get back to packing our trailer for our weekend camp out. My daughter is at the end of her second and final phase of braces and Gass Orthodontics has made everything quick and easy every step of the way. From appointments after teeth cleaning right next door to wire changes, we are in and out in no time. The staff is warm, welcoming, and would bend over backwards to help one of there patients out. There aren’t enough compliments around to give to Dr. Gass and his staff!

Dr Gass spent a lot of time explaining in detail the state of my child’s teeth, the variety of treatment options, and his recommendations. He was very knowledgeable, but more importantly, he did not talk down to us and instead walked us step by step through the process so we knew exactly what he was recommending. We left feeling confident about the treatment plan and my daughter was even getting a little excited about braces...which is a HUGE step for her!

The staff is always professional, courteous and friendly. Dr. Gass is a rock star with his smile and relaxed demeanor. He is very good with kids and can explain things in layman's terms. He also has the gift of explaining things to the kids so they also understand everything that is happening. We are extremely satisfied with the results in our child who is set to enter adulthood with perfect teeth! Communications is also a key factor here as I get appt. reminders and get to deal with a good crew of schedulers. The environment is very open and welcoming and parents are invited to sit in during exams and procedures. No closed in rooms, the procedure area is large with big windows and can accommodate several kids at once, no one is alone. Watching the Dental Assistants work is like watching an artist perform, so competent and skilled that it looks like it's 2nd nature to them. I highly recommend Dr. Gass and his staff, Thanks Doc! My kid's teeth are in GREAT shape!!

We had our consultation appointment and my 9 year old was very nervous. The staff was very friendly and kind, and immediately calmed my son's nerves. Making the decision to have someone treat your children is never easy. When it came to choosing an Orthodontist, my wife and I did our research. After multiple consultations we chose Dr. Gass for many reasons. Not only do we feel he is a knowledgeable orthodontist, but he was personable as well. He personally sat down with us, explained his treatment methods and offered an opportunity to ask questions. We didn’t feel like our time in his office was an inconvenience. Dr. Gass offered informative answers as well as professional and personable conversation that put us at ease and helped make our decision to have him treat both of our children. In addition, Dr. Gass’s staff both back of house technicians and front of house office staff are second to none. We are greeted by first names and always made to feel welcome. Our kids never complain about going to the orthodontist, they welcome the opportunity to see their favorite techs and catch up on the happenings between visits. That always makes my wife and I that much more comfortable with our decision. My son has completed his treatment and we couldn’t be more pleased. His smile is constant and contagious. My daughter has about six months left. As excited as she is to get her braces off, we’re almost saddened by the fact we will not being seeing Dr. Gass and his staff on such a regular basis. If your looking for the perfect place for great orthodontics, don’t pass up the opportunity to go see Dr. Gass and his team. We are so happy we did.

I LOVE going to my Orthodontist.
