Can I give zero stars? Your lady the answers the phone WILL HANG UP ON YOU FOR NO REASON! BOTH OF THEM, HER & THE DOC ARE B1T(HES! Have you ever wondered why you have so many 1 star, and even a couple of 0 star, ratings? YOUR CONDESCENDING ATTITUDE! You spoke to me like I was a dog that just had an accident on your floor. Also, keep in mind, for every person who took the time to write a 1 or 0 star review there are at least 10+ people that thought about doing it but decided not to because you and your practice aren't worth it.

Horrible customer service, receptionist was very forceful and unprofessional. Tried to charge Me $75 for a cancellation fee and I canceled 24 hours prior to my appointment . she hung up on me I would not recommend this office. They don't even have online service it has to be printed out and manually done it was a lot of work trying to get an appointment! After 2 days of my phone being blown up by the receptionist in regards to paperwork which by the way they do nothing by computer everything is printed out and done manually. She told me that I would have to wear a mask I explained to her that the state of Georgia has removed the mask mandate she then told me that I would be charged to $75 cancellation fee and my appointment was not for 24 more hours . I explain to her that 24 hours was ample notice time she said no it wasn't and slammed the phone down on me.

I am usually not someone who writes very many reviews unless I find an exceptional reason. Over the past several months, my association with Dr. Velazquez and her office has provided the reason to write this review. I had developed toe sores that quickly became severely infected. Dr. Velazquez with her extreme knowledge and skill quickly and diligently began treatment in an effort to save my toes from being amputated when other doctors saw only amputation as the solution. Her treatments of my problem ended up saving my toes. I feel so blessed she came into my life. I continue to see her and her nurse on a routine basis. This team of caring and professional medical providers get an A++ in my grade book. Dr. V IS GREAT. I seen another dr who wanted to amputate. She has worked with me and my foot is healed now in only 5 months! I highly recommend her.

Dr. Velazquez is caring and compassionate. She kindly consulted with me on the doorstep of her office even while it was closed and she was inside tending to paperwork. She treats patients as her priority and even squeezed me into her busy schedule during the holiday season when booking appointments can be difficult. Dr. Velazquez has a neat and clean office which she clearly takes pride in. Her staff are professional and courteous. Put my husband in a room and made him call insurance to verify we had no secondary insurance, after we had just done this the day before appointment and the insurance told us it is the doctors responsibility to do so, not the patient. I took my 90 yrs. Old Mom to see Dr. Velasquez and was very impressed with her attention to detail ,care and concern, she had for my Mom. She spent the time to review and ask pertinent questions of my Moms case and ultimately was able to treat and relieve my Mom of the severe pain she was having in her right ankle. My mother called to ask about making an appointment later in the week. The woman told her Friday at 2:30 was available. When I called back less than an hour later, the call was answered on a cell phone, while the woman was driving, I asked if there was any paperwork I could print and fill out before the appointment, she said she would email it to my mom in a couple of hours. There still has not been any email and for the last 6 hours this woman has been blowing up my mothers cell phone trying to confirm an appointment It is after hours and she is still calling. She takes her time to explain everything and is even takes the time to speak to you over the phone. Her office does not feel as stuffy as other offices.
