I have been a patient of Jeannette for over two years. At her previous practice location, there were many organizational and logistics issues, none of which were her fault, or which she had control over. Her current practice location is run very smoothly and efficiently. Throughout this her patient care has never wavered. I have complex chronic illnesses, and she gives the thorough detailed and actionable plans to deal with my acute and chronic symptoms. She has helped me manage serious acute illnesses as well as a long-term surgical diagnosis, procedure, and recovery process. Jeannette is a wonderful Physician to help manage near and long-term health issues.

Family care with the added indignity of a subscription fee. I cancelled in March, after two months of care for reasons to follow. And, although I was promised a full refund AND the annual fee is $2500 annually, and all visits and labs are covered. Although, two months of care at a subscription price of $2500 = ~$420, I was charged $777 after I was promised a full refund. What is curious is that the request for payment came from the staff, and ONLY after asked for the provider to refill my prescriptions until I was able to establish care with another practice. The staff member processing the charge said the charges covered the visits and the labs. NOT TRUE! I was charged by the insurance company for the full amount of the tests and an additional $780. There were warning signs from the beginning. After signing the contract in January, I never received a fully executed copy of the contract, nor were onboarding instructions provided. Upon submitting the intake forms to the practice recep
