Great Dermatologist, the wait was normal and the service was excellent. The Doctor has knowledgeable staff working for her. Dr Jeanne Paz listened to everything I told her regarding my symptoms and pain. She took care of me along with her assistant. Im glad to say I feel 100% better. I left Advanced Dermatology and Clear Lake Dermatology for just keeping me on antibiotics and not curing anything. They hire only pretty faces. I highly recommend Dr. Jeanne Paz. Awesome experience from start to finish. The staff mad eme feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire process and the bedside manners were great. The entire procedure took about an hour from the door to the door. I didnt feel ashamed or embarrassed or anything of the sort. Dr Paz is very professional and actually has a great sense of humor. She did the hair restoration PRP injections into my thinning crown area of my hair and I’m already seeing growth! After just 3 weeks! She also did my Botox and after years of getting it she will definitely be my go to. Great office staff, as well.

Dr. Paz was everything I was looking for in a dermatologist. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood the recommended treatment plan. She addressed all of my concerns, was extremely friendly and made my experience at her practice comfortable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new dermatologist.

My first time seeing her.. Just wow. Such an amazing Dr. I was having an allergic reaction. Dr Paz was the 3rd Dr I've seen in 2 weeks. She listens, is very patient, caring and extremely thorough. Her staff was pleasant, highly organized and trained. Her office was very clean and inviting. So blessed yo have found her.

Focused on aesthetic dermatology and cosmetic procedures- would not recommend if you are searching for a medical dermatologist. Complete waste of time and money. Lacked standard diagnostic tools and recommended a procedure that goes against established guidelines.

I went to see her for a rash, and she found an underlying problem I didn't know I had. I was very surprised, to say the least, but thankful it was found.

There was a short wait time. Dr. Paz was attentive and was quick to get biopsies. They verified all my information through insurance before completing anything. Her office staff was very helpful in answering questions and calling with results.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I was prescribed a oral steroid from this clinic and when I tapered off it my hair started to fall out! I lost half my hair. it just stopped falling out after 3 months.... Went to UTMB dermatology and they said if you have psoriasis that you should NEVER take oral steroids . Do your research before taking what your prescribed! because they obviously don't know or don't care... Im so devastated... my hair was thick and long... when I called they said nothing and didn't even care. medication called prednisone ...dont take it. I hope they see my post so they can stop prescribing it to ppl with psoriasis smh.. this place gradually became horrible for me. The first few appointments were awesome. Then it just seemed like they don't care. ALSO, I had yeast all over my body and they did nothing about it. UTMB prescribed a body wash and it went away in 3 days! PAY THE EXTRA $50 FOR UTMB IT IS WAY WORTH IT AND WAY BETTER DOCTORS. UTMB KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I wish I could give ZERO stars. DO NOT go to this Doctor- I have a scar from having a keratosis removed that looks worse than the Keratosis . It was taken off in Feb. or March. Then I got a notice from a collection agency in Sept., telling me I have a past due balance. This Doctor NEVER sent me anything stating I owed money. Now they want to ruin my credit by sending it to a collection agency. It's a shame she is not good at what she does. It was so close to my home. A skin biopsy was taken by Dr. Paz and she REFUSED to let my son bring the specimen to Houston Methodist St. John so it would be processed in network! So in other words if you don't use her pathologist she will hold the specimen hostage!! BEWARE before she does any biopsy and make sure it is network with your insurance company!!

Went to Dr. Paz for 2 procedures. The staff seemed very indifferent about me and Dr. Paz was not very friendly, it was all business and no bedside manner. The most personal interaction I got was when I felt lightheaded after the procedure, they offered me some cookies. Then I got hit with the unexpected costs. I was given estimates for each procedure, but nowhere was it stated or said to me that biopsy lab fees were not included. After paying over $500 for the procedures, I got a bill from their lab (who is out of network) for an additional $619. I protested the extra cost, but the clinic and the lab were of no help. Cigna said they would negotiate with the lab but you know how insurance companies are... the best I got was that the $619 would go towards my deductible. Never going to Dr. Paz again. I HATE WAITING IN DR PAZ'S WAITING ROOM. It has Fox News blaring at an very loud level, it is very uncomfortable, it wouldn't be so big an issue if they would then keep their appointment on time, I was forced to sit through 50 mins of that garbage the first time, and over an hour the second time. when I asked if they would turn it down, they told me its set the way the Dr wants it and they won't change it. I don't want to listen to politics at nursing home leve while it takes too long to see me.

Awful experience, and have had a few bad ones in between but this did it. Brought my Autistic child in for a hearing exam she needs. I was scheduled and then told after I sat for 45 mins that she couldn't be examined because they only exam children ages 4 and over and children that are NORMAL. Front desk staff is so ugly and rude also. Final visit here with Dr Kalia. For a doctor to say those words that way and express body language demonstrating that she doesn't want to deal with children with disabilities is absurd. Dr Perrona at this office is lovely but after this incident we are obviously never returning. Awful experience, and have had a few bad ones in between but this did it. I made an appt and was texted by the appt person at 4:30 pm that they did not have the filler available that I had scheduled for, did not know IF it was ordered, IF it would be ordered, or IF it would be available at the time of my appt. Complete waste of time and loss of a day's work. They do not answer their phone. They have a recorded message and return the call IF they want to. Very unprofessional. Do NOT waste your time

I would definitely recommend Dr. Paz to my family and friends. She has a lot of experience and seems to genuinely care about my concerns. She is willing to work with you anyway you need. Great Doctor.

So very disappointed. She was referred to me. Did all the paperwork online. My appointment was for 9:45am. Arrived on time and the same time as a sales rep. She saw the sales rep. Sat waiting. He came out. Waited. Another sales rep arrived. She saw this sales rep. Waited. She came out. Went to her car. Came back in. Nothing from the receptionist, assistant, etc. Another patient came in for her appointment at 10:15am and also sat waiting. Sales rep came out. Went to her car again and came back in. Other appointment and I sat waiting. I left at 10:28am. Maybe she is a great dermatologist. I did not wait to find out. Her lack of patient courtesy is off putting. So very disappointed. I have been a patient of Dr. Paz for 13 years and have found her to be a truly excellent physician. She is compassionate, generous with her time and an extremely good dermatologist for me, as I have some very complex issues. Referred family members to her and they have also been very pleased.
