Dr. Jeanne Diane Johnson

Probably one of the worst doctors out there. Doesn’t listen. Is more concerned with the time than the patient. I would give her zero stars if I could. She should be working in a position that doesn’t require interacting with patients because she is certainly lacking in that department.

Dr. Johnson is a joke whenever I go to an appointment she comes in barely talks to me is in and out and she’s gone.I was recently in the hospital and needed a follow up appointment with my primary to get a referral to a specialist and she would not see me. Do not trust Dr. Johnson with any of your health care needs

Very difficult office to deal with . Wouldn’t recommend for anyone who is elderly . This office is for a person that just needs a provider once a year for a general cough and cold NOT for anyone in need of any kind of on going medical care . The doctors and office staff are not interested at all in helping . Just a going through the motions type of office . So disappointed in the care given to my elderly mother.

Dr. Johnson has a very no nonsense approach to my medical care..she recently saw me on the spur of the moment and I was very greatful! Dr. Johnson gets things done in a cool and calm manner and recommends specialists when I need them. I have been seeing her for over 5 years and highly recommend her as a Primary Care Physician!..

Do not make an appointment with this so called doctor. My daughter was a patient of hers when she worked in W. Spfld. She went back to her over and over again complaining she was sick. Ms Johnson treated her like she was mentally ill Got news for you Ms Johnson my daughter graduated 2nd in her class and was a straight A student. Turns out my daughter had lyme disease. And now it's in it's advanced stages. She also made false accusations on my daughter's records to cover herself.

I was disgusted by the negative reviews as I have been seeing Dr. Johnson for many years and has facilitated my care in a professional and compassionate fashion...I have medical issues that go beyond the norm and she has been knowledgeable and am grateful for her and Ivonna!

This Dr was the worst I ever seen. On my initial patient exam, she never completed an exam, however only asked me if anything was currently wrong. The next and absolutely the last time I saw her, she was rude, did not want to address any issues, didn't ask any questions, and awful mannerisms. I would not recommend her to anyone that cared about their own well-being

Dr. Johnson does not take the time to really help you or care about you as a person. I had a horrible experience with the entire office.
