I've came here whenever needed throughout the years and I've always left happy. Dr Hoag is very nice and professional. She's always helpful with my concerns and a resolution is always made. Appointments are always done in a timely manner and her staff is very helpful and nice as well. I always recommend her office

Overall the experience was nice.. but quite frankly I feel there was a lack of professionalism. I was clear that I was just passing through the area and would not be able to come back for a follow up, other than over the phone. Dr. Hoag assured that I could call back with the progress of the medication, and if need be, they could increase the meds to be a bit stronger. When I called back, the receptionist seemed to think this wouldn’t be possible, but that she would call me back with a follow up after relaying the message to the doctor. She never called back. I am disappointed that I will have to go to a different dermatologist who can better accommodate my needs. Dr. Jeanne Hoag is very thorough, professional and kind. She also is very reasonable for a dermatologist in the Northwest suburbs. I would highly recommend her!!!

Nice building

I was billed over my office visit copay for 'surgery'. I didn't have surgery. Even Blue Cross thought the billing code was not right when I called, but Dr's office refuses to change it. This was my first visit with Dr. Hoag. If this is how they bill, it is also my last.

Dr. Hoag is personable, experienced, compassionate and thorough. She's gone above and beyond to follow my path of healthcare following a melanoma diagnosis.

My first visit today. Scared and nervous as I was Dr Hoag put me at ease. She explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions and concerns. I’m grateful my daughter referred me to Dr Hoag and I am referring my husband. Dr Hoag, as previous clients mentioned, takes the time to explain your situation and what to watch out for. Very knowledgeable and down to earth doctor. The office staff is also very kind and caring. This also is a major plus. Great group of helpful and caring professionals. My first visit today. Thank you Dr. for your diagnostic.Your ointment is a magic for bad soap and sensitive skin.you’ve saved my day or maybe my life,as you know ladies can’t get rid of water and soap especially when they have family or kids . It’s amazing like you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hoag's for several years. While no one particularly likes going to the doctor, Dr. Hoag makes the process as easy and non-threatening as possible. She explains your condition in readily understandable terms and, if anything requires further analysis or action, she goes over her planned treatment so that it is readily understandable. As best as I can summarize, Dr. Hoag seems to have a great grasp of how she would like to be treated as a patient and she treats you in the same manner. She is knowledgeable and proficient but doesn't let that advanced knowledge get in the way of communicating in a clear and caring way. I have been a patient of Dr. Hoag's for several years.
