Horrible Doctor! If you can help it DON’T GO TO THIS QUACK! She spent only minutes with me and then kicked me out with no physical exam then tried to collect $4000 from my insurance! She insults you puts you down and kicks you out!

I was not satisfied w/how this Dr. You treated me... I'm hard of hearing & she screamed @ me cuz, she had 2 repeat herself... Don't get me wrong, I love animals, she had her doggy in the room w/us & it was barking... poor puppy ???? ???? didn't want 2 be around her, either... Not very professional, she don't even deserve 1 star ... I told her the meds she had me on weren't working & so, she upped the doses of the same meds... smh...& w/o further ado... Dr You is great. Very understanding about your medical condition.

My husband and I were both patients of Dr Ken Breeden originally, till he retired. Then we transferred over to Dr Jean You. If the star ratings had a zero, that’s what I would have rated her. Don’t just walk away from this “Doctor”, RUN. I called her office today and told them we would never come back and that we had found another doctor. She is the most angry, hateful, bitter and condescending person we have ever met. Ever! She should never be allowed to practice. Her personality is of a very ugly human. Dr.You Is crazy and her dog’s urinate all over the carpets and she has no compassion for people and even though my sister has been on the same medications for years . She told her they were not necessary anymore . I couldn’t believe what I was hearing and seeing and would never believe it had I not seen it for myself . God bless anyone who has work or go to this awful place .

Worst doctor ever. Told me I’m not in pain, scoffed at my bulged spinal discs and fibromyalgia and said those and all of my other physical issues weren’t reasons for pain meds when I’ve been on the same level of therapy for 6 years prior. She changed and reduced my meds several times arbitrarily.‘You’re addicted” she said with no failed drug tests, off pill counts, or any evidence when I told her that the reduced/different meds aren’t helping as much as what I was taking. Absolutely ridiculous.

Where do I begin!? Do not waste your time or money with this "doctor." 1 star is too much. My previous pain doctor, Dr Breeden retired. I went to see Dr. You. She had some kind of previous issue with Dr Breeden and took it out on me. She did not even read my chart or look at my MRI before misdiagnosing me and telling that my other doctors are all wrong. I left in tears. She told me "I will just be in pain for the rest of my life and I should just get use to it." She told me she is burnt out and she doesn't care if I come or not, I never even said anything about not coming back. A month later, I decided to give her a second try, everyone has a bad day. Huge mistake! This appointment was even worse! Although at least this time she acknowledged that Dr Breedens diagnosis was correct, she thinks I need different treatment. When I tried to discuss this with her things went South fast! She is emotional and extremely unsympathetic and worse, she does not care to find to actual problem or solution. Terrible doctor. Dr You is the worst doctor in town. Do not go here if you can avoid her. She is extremely rude, always late and dismisses your concerns routinely. She won't even look at my wife anymore because my wife asks questions. (which always go unanswered) She recently told my wife that she has never liked treating her and told her to find another doctor. My wife wants to stay where she has all of her history, so she wasn't going to leave. Now this quack is cutting her meds to force her to leave. Disgraceful. Considering a lawyer as doctors are not allowed to stop treating a patient unless that patient finds another doctor. At his point - it is no longer workable with this "doctor". If my wife stays - her treatment will get continue to decline until she is forced to leave. We are going to file a complaint with the state. This doctor has to be sanctioned. If you have been a patient there - you know what I mean.

Dr You is very rude. Doesn't listen to or care what you have to say. Treated for 10 years, and now is pulling most of the meds. Stated to me that she doesn't like me, and I need to go somewhere else because I dared to complain about her poor treatment and issues her changing meds was causing me. I had a list of questions and she told me she was not interested in answering any of them. Told me to find another doctor. I wish it was that easy.

DO NOT,DO NOT!!! Don't go here if you need an appointment !You will be lied to,happen to me 3 times.Different answer everytime I called.wasted 3 weeks with my time, paperwork never got looked at had to go pickup and look elsewhere.

I have to say after 40 my body just started falling apart she is neglected to want to ask me what I feel is okay and to try and treat me better not like a Seeker which I am not I have done everything she has ever asked I have passed every drug test I don't ask I asked information or questions and I still feel like it's that feeling she hates me if you have to go somewhere I guess if you can find some other place it can work I just wish they would have more of an open heart that they can understand how we actually feel not how they think

Dr. You is very professional with an excellent "bed-side-manner". Very patient and has great empathy toward you in helping manage your pain. I have enjoyed seeing Dr. You for my pain management.

The staff there is extremely rude and they have no compassion whatsoever and they dont seem to care about anything and anytime that I have called they always hang up on me and I was scheduled to see the dr however due to circumstances of being put in the hospital I had to reschedule my appointments and now they wont see me at all which is not ok. Dr You and Dr Loften have been very kind to me.

I have been going to vista pain clinic for years the staff and drs have never been rude to me I find the staff have been very committed to my needs and the dr and my PA are very kind caring and listen to me and work out what’s best for my type of pain I went to pinnacle pain for years and was so humiliated and made me feel as though I was just a number rushing me threw I always waited hours to get back to see the dr for 5 minutes was givin someone else’s papers and notes which had the woman’s name insurance info address phone number etc so who got mine ? My appointment with Dr You went very well. She listened to me and asked many questions about my pain history. I felt good about our session.

Never been so insulted she straight up accused me of selling my meds not even the ones I got from her ...the ones I got from another doc....straight treated like a seeker

Hipaa laws do not exist here! They are rude and very unprofessional I see lawsuits in the near future STAY AWAY also the only good reviews about her are probably mostly from the people who work there she needs to be fired

She completely embarrassed my girlfriends mother In front of the entire office building talking about private and personal information. I’ve heard many other bad things about this “doctor” I definitely would not go here. Ever.

Dr You is amazing! If you have pain she will help! Yes you need your x-rays so she can see the problems you have! My mother is a patient and without Dr You I don't know what she would do! Thank you so very much

I have MS and Sciatic pain, my doctor wanted me to go here ASAP, she said I had no pain and wanted to prescribe something I am allergic to???

I have MS and recently diagnosed by my physician with sciatica, I was sent to Dr. You, she told me I was not in pain and did not want to help me, had to go back to my physician to get help, I will be following up with the medical board, she should not be a doctor

Absolutely inept at this office. I never had a chance to meet this doctor because her staff are either liars, morons or both. I had TCO conversing with them about my case but they were unaware that TCO was also letting me know what we being said. Every time they got caught in a lie, they just got angrier. It was at that point that I realized if a doctor is going to keep people like that on staff, I'd never want my health in their hands.

I think Dr. You is awesome. She is very likable, listens and suggested alternatives to surgery. She recommended physical therapy and yoga. She told me I could get better without pain medication. I felt very uplifted on my first appointment with her. I highly recommend Dr. You!! ??

Listens, treats for chronic pain, accepts OWCP patients and pain contracts

I have been seeing Dr You for almost three years. I have found her to be a good listener, caring and understanding. I would recommend her to anyone in chronic pain.

You never knew who would come into the room....she would either be nice to you and be chatty and laugh or she'd be grumpy and judgmental for no reason. Once I told her I was a dog handler, her outlook towards me changed completely. Weird.

After being diagnosed with a rare, painful disease and trying to deal with it on my own, I finally decided to go to Dr. You for help in managing my pain. She was kind, knowledgeable and really listened to my concerns regarding pain meds. She prescribed a drug that is working well and is NOT a codone. Thank you Dr. You for improving the quality of my life!

Diagnoses clients with an illness, medicates the client for at least 6 years, and then pulls the client off medication cold turkey and states that the illness is "in their head", says that you are too young to be in pain. This is unfortunate that there are people out there like this, family should be able to trust doctors. They can't all be good doctors, as illustrated here... choose another doctor.

Was referred by my PCP as a new patient. I waited in the waiting room for an hour before being checked in then I was placed in a room and waited an additional half hour and never saw the doctor. I can hear her talking to other patients that had arrived well after me. She stated it had to do with being a new patient. I was furious when I walked out on her and noticed no other patients in the waiting room and I still hadn't even spoken to her. She clearly had no desire to serve any new patients!

I have been seeing Dr. You for about 7 years now. I have a neurological disorder along with multiple cirvical and lumbar surgeries plus 17 other surgeries. She listens and changes my treatments as my body changes. She has never gave up on me.

She is very intimidating and made me cry. She is no attentive to any of my needs. She puts her hand up to tell you to stop talking. I only went to this doctor when my original pain doctor moved to different state.

Excellent Doctor. Listens to your problems and truly helps to find what medication will help. In order for this to work, one must be honest with her! I love the staff. They are outgoing and very helpful. Nice to see this today in healthcare.
