We had such a great experience with Jean Nelson! She and the whole team were so great with my daughter (14 months) and we like the range of services offered.

I have been with this practice for 18 years. I have always been treated with respect and kindness.

have known Jean for several years..always remembers me & is very kind & helpful..use to be a patient when living here from 1984 to 2004...now a snowbird for 4 months..have been on Zolar for at least 10 years. Nora Walther

I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I’ve never found a staff, and that includes the doctors, PAs, nurses, front line staff and office staff, more caring and more devoted to their patients. They really go the extra mile.

Takes the time to listen and understand, regards the health of the whole person not just the immediate symptoms, knowledgeable.

Dr Jean Lee is exceptional. She listens, explains and is very compassionate. All staff is pleasant. The facility is clean and no long waits.

Listens and pays attention to the details because she truly does care.

Dr. Nelson consistently provides me with good care. She’s professional, friendly, focused, and thorough. Thankfully I am able to get an appointment with her when I need one. Her nurse practitioner, Denise, is also wonderful. I’m happy to be her patient.

Dr. Nelson was super personable and helpful. She gave me some great guidance on how to proceed the next several days. She was sure yo answer questions and clarify if I had any follow ups.

She was very nice and caring. Very thorough in her assessment of my sickness. She put in for a Covid test for me as well as some other prescriptions to help with my sickness! It’s very appreciated when a doctor will still treat you without knowing if you have Covid yet and doesn’t assume that every ailment anyone has IS Covid. At another doctor office I had a very bad experience of them assuming I had Covid even after a negative test and they still wouldn’t do anything for me until I would get another one and they did not even offer to set up testing for me, I was supposed to hunt around until I found another place to get tested! Dr. Nelson set everything up for me and still did not assume that Covid was the only thing that could be wrong! I also her several years ago when I had shingles. Once again very nice, friendly and helpful! I also like that she explains stuff that you don’t understand without being condescending or making you feel ignorant!!! Although there was a last minute change to a virtual meeting, Dr. Nelson answered all my medical concerns and was very supportive in how I felt in establishing continued treatment moving forward.

Dr.Jean lee Nelson is one of the most professional, competent and compassionate doctors I have ever had. She looks you in the eye when she is talking to you and genuinely cares how you are doing medically, mentally.

She is our family doctor for couple years now. Always care for our problems and super professional. We love the fact that she is never in a rush to write down a prescription before she truly understand what is the problem and if there is any other way we can resolve it before she tells us that we should take meds. NP Jean Nelson is by far among the most professional medical providers I have had the good fortune to have serve my medical needs. The breadth and depth of her medical knowledge is noteworthy and matches her superior respect for her patients. Dr Nelson is a pleasure to work with. She conducted allergy tests for my 12 year old son, clearly explaining what she was doing and why (including what to expect). And then gave us results and options and left us time to consider them.

If my 83yo mom lived here, I would take her to Dr. Nelson. She will get to the bottom of a Problem. I love her style, personality, and her bedside manner is most reassuring. She will set you up with a specialist if she thinks that's a useful. This whole Mescal office is wonderful. Who likes to go to the doctors? But here, I never mind it. My experience with Honor Health has been positive. From the office staff to physicians, I am so happy. There is no professional burn out and everyone appears to truly care about you as a patient.

Needed an asap video chat with my Dr on a Friday. I used My Chart, realizing there was a good chance nobody would see it. Turns out my Dr was out for the day. But Dr Nelson stepped in and had a video chat with me at 4:30 after finishing her day, and saved me from going without meds for the weekend.

I was very leary at first about changing doctors ,but from day one i was so impressed with dr nelson,i only wish that i had done so sooner! I love Dr. Nelson! She always listens to what I have to say and explains things very well. I truly feel like we work together in my health instead of her just telling me what to do.
