I met Dr. Jean Kerry during a delicate phase of my life. Feeling overwhelmed at the prospect of withdrawing from the workforce (delayed retirement), I was emotionally adrift and had trouble identifying new meaning in my daily (non-work) activities. Dr. Jean Kerry welcomed me into her office amidst a delicate period of injury, unemployment, and at-risk for substance abuse.
