My boyfriend has been trying to get ahold of the office for over a week to get another refill for his medicine but they won't respond even to the the email rite sent them

I used to love this office but anymore I can never get through to the office. I spend more time talking to an answering machine. Most of the time I don't even get a call back. I have been trying to be patient with them, but I am tired of having to cave and go to urgent care when I need to see a doctor because I can't get into see my regular doctor. It is so sad. I've been going to Dr. Dib since he first came to Alliance over 18 years ago. I am comfortable discussing anything with him. He is a thorough and compassionate professional. The Alliance area is fortunate to have him.

I have total confidence in Dr. Dibb. He's the perfect physician ("internist.")

I have been Dr Dib's patient since he arrived in Alliance over 18 years ago. He listens to my opinion and input and doesn't have the huge ego that is so common with physicians today. I would not be comfortable with anyone else. Very thorough.

I love Dr. Dib. Wonderful bedside manner and takes my medical issues no matter how big or small very seriously.
